The location is fantastic only 20 miles from Denali national park and is pleasant in the trees with a view of the mountains and a creek nearby. They even had a microwave and small fridge, which I did not expect. there are picnic tables outside if the weather is good. The parking is a little small but worked OK since there weren’t that many guests. it is the perfect place to stay if you are coming from the Anchorage direction and don’t want to stay in the more expensive lodges at Denali.

I had a bad fall in the bathroom because the shower is a long step up from the bathroom floor, which I didn’t notice as I was stepping down out of it, and I fell to the floor, hitting my side and the back of my head against the bathroom door. I should’ve been more careful, but it would’ve been nice if there had been some warning sign about the big step down. The outside is also badly in need of painting, but the inside was fine and well-maintained.

Beautiful location 20 miles from Denali National Park. Wonderful restaurant/bar. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hot water for the shower was very difficult to control to be to cold or to hot. We found that if we ran the hot water in the bathroom sink during the shower, you could regular the shower temperature. The heater was also difficult to set and regulate the temperature. The room got quite warm in the night and needed to be adjusted in the middle of the night.

Beautiful like cabin right by the water. Easily accessible and very comfortable with some good food and coffee close by.

Didn't like the lady who checked in prior to us who attempted to give the check in hostess a hard time for failing to pay attention to what kind of cabin she was booking and trying to make it someone else's fault.

Loved the Perch. Would have gotten a perfect score though both the toilet and refrigerator in the room leaked. Also, staff not the most personable. Didn't even remember who I was when I came back a few hours after check-in to make a dinner reservation. Dinner was absolutely outstanding though! Facility was otherwise great, gorgeous setting and location. a little rustic, on a beautiful creek.

Location was good, 12 miles approx to Denali Park. Spacious rooms next to a lovely creek. Nice to have seating outside, relaxing. Comfy beds

Shared shower cubicles quite small, but functional

The view was awesome, the bed was comfortable, the cabin was spacious, the bathroom facilities were clean and comfortable with a much needed piping hot shower. The woman that checked us in was very informative and enthusiastic. I wish we could have stayed more than one night!

Everything was great, but I think you need some better photos on your website! I was surprised at how nice the view was and it was super cool having that river rushing past our cabin right outside!

The location was great! It was a short dive into the national park and have an amazing restaurant for dinner. The stream running through the camp was quaint and beautiful, my son loved it. It is walking distance to a delicious pizza place as well as right around the corner from a little breakfast café. I loved that our room did not have a TV, but they did offer WIFI which was appreciated. I believe the owner checked us in and she was sweet to steer us in the right direction for meals and amenities. They also has two property dogs that love a good belly rub.

The Perch restaurant made this stay amazing. The food was incredible and the service was even better. We had an extremely friendly waitress. The room was in a nice location close to a stream. Beautiful scenery.

The bathroom/shower was very small. You have to be a contortionist to grab the toilet paper while on the toilet. Everything else was fine. Rustic lodging.

We loved our little cabin on the river.

The only draw back was the shared bathrooms. Having to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night want great.

Good location - close to the park, quiet and there is also a nice restaurant nearby (McKinley Creekside Cafe), that is good for breakfasts, dinners and lunches to-go. Wifi is great - probably the best we had during our trip.
