The hotel was above the bar. It was a real throw back to the earlier times. The guest facilities were great. The furnishings were period. The staff was just great. The included breakfast was the absolute best. The pancakes were to die for. We really felt that we had gone back in time to the turn of the 20th century.

Our only complaint was the mattress in our room. It was the most uncomfortable mattress we have ever slept on. It sank so badly that both my wife and I sank to the middle of the bed. We both slept very poorly and had back aches all the next day. They really need to replace the mattress. The rest of the room was comfortable and what we expected of a late 19th/ early 20th century Grand Hotel.

Friendly staff, great location, FREE parking, comfortable bed,and a good breakfast with generousserving hours included.

Building and room a little dog-eared, given the price, the room was small and missing some amenities like no place to put luggage for packing/ unpacking, no phone, single sink, no ironing board. These items aren't a problem for a one-night stay, but would irritations for a multi night stay.

The room was beautiful and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable and cozy and we rested well. Loved the balcony to sip wine and watch the world go by. Breakfast was good and cooked to order. Would love to come back.

Did not like the steps in the bathroom. We worried about falling as we are in our 70's. Stubbed our toes a couple of times on the steps in the bathroom. .

Great room for an old time mining town feel! The saloon next door was wonderful and the breakfast there had wonderful choices. It was a full breakfast menu with freshly made food. We had dinner at the bar, also very good food. The staff could not have been nicer

I wish there was a coffee maker in the room for us early coffee drinkers. There is a coffeehouse within walking distance that opens very early

Terry was extremely helpful. Parking for the hotel was difficult at 4 pm but we just waited for someone to leave to get a spot...took about 5 minutes. Terry greeted us warmly and showed us around. She was Hustling in the bar during her shift but always made time to smile and talk to us. The room was lovely! We stayed in the Jungle room! It had a large lovely hot tub. The shower pressure was also great. The bed was so comfy but did wish there was an extra blanket in the closet. We would 100% stay here again. The location of the hotel is great! The bar downstairs had a good vibe over that of some of the others we went to. Thank you Terry!!!!

Parking

Breakfast the next day as great. Loved the room and Decor. Loved the large jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. Loved the outside seating area in the front of the hotel 2nd floor. That was a great place to listen to the music in the bar and people watch.

It is an old building so you could hear everything but I expected that. They did have a band in the bar which was very loud but they quit playing just before we went to bed so did not cause any problems.

Perfect location for exploring Bisbee! Great for history buffs! Lots to explore here. We stayed in the Victorian Room! Just a dream room if you love Victorian style and Red! This was our Valentine's getaway! Food, drinks, and live entertainment is an awesome bonus and it's just next door! We had the best time!

Needed additional bedding(blankets) and a way to warm the room. Blackout curtains would be a good addition to block out street lights and early morning sun.

Nice and central to the town and facilities. The suite was roomy with a big lounge, bedrooms & bathroom (Captain’s Suite). There was a generous breakfast included in the fee, which was available in the Hotel bar.

The noise from the nearby late night bars were sleep disturbing. Not ideal if you want any early night on a weekend.

it’s a beautiful old hotel and everyone was very friendly. I love being in downtown Bisbee, and having the bar/restaurant right there was very handy for our family. Breakfast was delicious and very reasonably priced. This is a historic hotel so don’t expect brand new facilities. But do expect to enjoy your stay!!

The location was perfect, never used our car all wknd, breakfast provided with room was very good and had a nice selection to choose from

Only thing was I went few years ago and u had a big old kazoo parade with little floats and a big dance , it was so awesome but we still had a great time
