We were in town for the ASU football game, so the hotel was a great choice for visiting family in the Glendale/Peoria area. The room was very comfortable, especially the beds. We slept REALLY well! The breakfast was a nice array of selections of eggs (scrambled or hard boiled), spam, biscuits n gravy, sausage patties, roasted potato wedges, pancake machine, pastries, hot oatmeal, juices, etc. LOTS of choices. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Check-in/out was easy.

The only issue is that the drains in the room (sink and tub) were quite slow. I did bring it to the attention of the front desk staff.

Room wasn’t ready when I got there. I was trying to check in at 3:30 and room wasn’t ready because housekeeping personnel was behind and I had to wait 30-40 more minutes they told me because there was more customers waiting for a room. My wait wasn’t that long by the way and I was offered a free drink while I was waiting.

Pool was awesome. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean. Breakfast was good. Great location to walk to food and stores. Loved all of the lights available in the room! Able to make it bright if wanted. Most rooms are too dim now.

The heat/air was really loud when it kicked on but finally figured a temperature where it wasn't going on and off. The water pressure isn't great for rinsing long hair.

We loved everything about staying here from the staff being very helpful and polite to the nice pool, clean rooms and good breakfast! Would definitely stay here again!

If u plan on laying out by the pool u might have to time it right so the sun is directly overhead since the pool is in the courtyard and surrounded by 2 buildings u share with another hotel but wasn’t a big deal to us tho overall!

The location was perfect for us, we went up for a concert at Cardinals Stadium. Daniel was our shuttle driver who took us to a great suggested place to eat a d picked us up when we were done with dinner and shopping! The staff was super friendly and hospitable!! We are definitely staying again!! Breakfast that was served was AWESOME!!

Honestly have no complaints except that the price was a little high for us and we were not allowed to have a late check out so that was a bummer but we made it work!

Standard breakfast however seating area was nice and comfortable and liked that there were tables outside with view of pool

Stayed 3 nights trash was taken out and towels replaced everyday however the beds were not made…I have stayed at Holiday Inn hotels many times and the beds were made daily.

I've always liked the location and the place is always clean & that I feel safe there.

This visit that someone was complaining of the TV being too loud, it was not that loud, the air conditioner was louder than the tv, so I did not sleep well... I don't bother anyone, ppl need to mind their own business.

Convenient to our reason for coming to Phoenix and restaurants/shopping/entertainment. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was nice.

Staff missed providing a set of fresh towels on 1 day. But other 6 days were fine.

The hotel is very nice, close to a lot of restaurants, close to the outlet and tbe Stadium the facility is very clean and room are modern and spacy

the room we stayed in was next to the auxiliary door for the back parking and it was very noisy when people comes in and gets out... this was not mentioned at front desk so we learned about this late in the night... when off course you wake up as it sounds like they are opening your room door

Always enjoy this hotel, it's clean, staff are great, the area is excellent, which I very much appreciate because of my vehicle which makes me feel safe, since I'm by myself most of the time. Thanks, u all are doing a great job .
