Public laundry for guests at great prices. Vending machines at reasonable prices. Clean quiet room with ac working great. Strong water pressure with a decent shower head. Refrigerator in my room but I read that some rooms do not come equipped with one. No microwave either but there is a community microwave in the laundry/vending area that works great. My room was next to that area so it wasn't a problem going to use it. I stayed 2 nights at a great price. Room needs a little TLC but it worked well for me.

The room was clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortble. I couldn't believe how quickly I fell asleep because I was so comfortable. The manager, Sean Hayes, was very polite, respectful, and professional. Checking in was quick and easy. Staff person Alicia was also very professional and polite, and made checking out a breeze. I normally stay at this hotel every November when my spuuse and I come to Phoenix to attend the NASCAR Championship races.

I planned a trip to AZ from New Mexico and got scammed on a room and needed a place to stay so I called and booked online and once arrived staff was amazing and very friendly! I got lucky to get the last room as people after me had to be sent elsewhere due to no more rooms. Staff in the front were again super nice and amazing and definitely put me at ease. one of the staff was training but she was doing an amazing job. They got me checked in and showed on the map where my room was. quick and easy checkin.

The beds were very uncomfortable and I woke up with bad back pain so did my mother and daughter.

The majority of the time it was quiet was left alone I was surprised by that because of the location but I really enjoyed my stay the staff was pleasant and we said needed to always check in to see if I needed anything I enjoyed my stay very much

It's not much not to like they could update a couple of things they could probably update the T v's I know that they're working on doing some room adjustments and stuff now so I didn't have to facilitate basically clean as for a low budget motel but it was it was very pleasant I stayed here longer than um I had planned 2

The property was very clean. The room was really big/clean. Housekeepers and ground-keepers were awesome, they were cleaning day and night. The property was actually much better then expected.

The office staff is rude/judgmental toward (Addicts, Scarlet's, etc) in the area, they think their better than, and the people they serve is trash/no one/nothing, I also noticed the heavy set desk clerk (Tuesday Feb 7, 2023) talked to one of the housekeepers very disrespectful. The OFFICE STAFF IS TRASH/VERY PATHETIC...

This location was beautiful. The grounds were well kept. The hotel was well lit at night, I felt very safe. The employees and staff were very helpful and gracious. Thank you so much.

More towels please!!! Every room only has two towels in it. I would prefer an extra towel be put in, and not have to ask for it. Thank you for your time and consideration.

The stay was convenient, the room was spacious. It was clean, there were a couple of small roaches in the bathroom but in all honesty what place doesn’t have them. The staff was professional and polite. It’s a good place to stay when you’re in a bind or just need to get away it’s not the Hilton but it’s fair.

Friendly customer service

Dirty room, hair in the bathtub an on toilet bowel. Floor felt like it wasn't swept. Sheets stained. Got a non smoking when reserving but got a smoking when checking in. People knocking on door all hours of the night looking for certain people. Had to buy cleaning supply to clean my room to make safe for my children . My truck alarm kept going off. Had to tell homeless people to stay away from my truck.

The bed and pillows were really comfortable and the shower was pretty nice. The blackout curtains did a good job of keeping the light out so we could sleep in a little extra. It was fairly quiet considering being right next to the interstate. The lady who checked us in, Ana, was also pretty nice!

I booked a non-smoking room that had clearly been smoked in. The sink faucet cold handle didnt work and carpets were kinda worn out looking and stained. The room door also wasnt sealing properly at the bottom below the dead-bolt and latch so it was letting alot of light in. Lots of homeless and shady people around.

Bed and pillows were really comfortable! Front desk people are very friendly. The decor is outdated but the room is clean and our room was really quiet due to the room we were booked in because of our dog. I would definitely stay here again!

TV didn't work and several outlets didn't work. Bring your own towels as theirs are old and rough.
