The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

While the room itself was great, the bathroom was in desperate need of update and repair. It needed paint, repair on the door and the toilet had issues when flushed. Re: toilet - There was a loud long chirping squeal that came from the tank when it was refilling. We took the lid off to pull on the tank mechanism to stop the squeal. Granted, we didn't ask for help as we weren't there long. Re: "breakfast" - if you want a place with actual breakfast included, this might not be it.

I enjoyed my stay at Days Inn and Kingman, and Arizona. They are so very nice all the staff including the housekeepers. I would recommend Days Inn at Kingman. I do plan to go back very very soon to spend more time there I love the weather there and the environment has a lot of historical events.

There was nothing I didn’t like. Other than that the washing machine and dryer were not working properly. Other than that everything was beautiful.

I like that there was a fridge and microwave so I didn't have to eat fast food. I was able to buy something from a grocery store and eat it.

The only down side wise the hot water for the shower didn't really work and the pressure wasn't good for that.

It was convenient for me as I am a commercial truck driver. I had my pet. There was a good working refrigerator and microwave. It was just fine.

People with kids should be put on the first floor and not the second. That way if they are running around all day and all night they won't disturb people like they do when they're upstairs.

Friendly professional kind staff was most helpful. They knew the area, and could assist us in finding things we needed. Any requests were quickly responded to, and we were treated with kindness and respect. Will definitely come back here

The front desk was amazing they where so nice they let my kids swim before check in cause we had no place to stay till our room was ready they where so pleasant and very very sweet to me my children and spouse!

Bed was not as comfortable but it was not horrible and we found brush under bed but that’s easily missed

My husband and I had a very enjoyable stay, the staff was very friendly and the room was very clean.

We asked for light maid service, the trash taken out and the bed made up, neither happened by 4:00 p.m. in the afternoon, my husband had find her for trash bags, so we could take out the trash.

The people who worked the day shift, front desk/house keepers/maintenance guys AND the woman on grave shift front desk!!! WERE ALL AMAZING, AND TRULY TRY TO BE HELPFUL THROUGHOUT MY 6 DAY'S STAY! BUT 😡 I had 2 different times/dealings with the man on front desk swing shift, all I can say is he was absolutely RUDE/CRUDE and he even called my phone in the room 3times, to continue to try and tell me off! Horrible man and the other employees say he's always like that..

sack lunch breakfast, we did not take one, was a little disappointed. everywhere we stayed they had someone serving you breakfast, no dish trays for everyone to serve themselves. maybe in the future they could try that
