Comfort Inn I-10 West at 51st Ave

I love that there's variety in breakfast, the staff was amazing and the room I got was way better than I ever expected it to be for the area that it's in. And this is coming from a local born and raised in az. I actually loved it so much that this is one of my cheap stay-cation spots. I plan on coming back.

There's really nothing other than maybe remember Tom check the small things in the rooms that wouldn't need to be checked often. My remote control stopped working and when I checked it the battery had corroded along with some on the spring. Other than that, it was really good for the area it's located. Better than a motel 6 or super 8 for sure! Didn't really see any weird people around the complex itself either.

It was very comfortable..quiet. I was able to do an early check in, as a trucker that's awesome as I came in early off the road. The breakfast was nice and they had Direct t.v. with all the premium channels. Again, nice for someone always on the road. Lots of restaurants in the area and convenience stores..and they had a washer and dryer available. Yay. I will most definitely do a return stay anytime I'm in town. Oh, and no homeless hanging around. I felt safe..for me and my vehicle.

The room had space, comfortable queen beds, hot water and working ac/heater, heated pool, and the best part was their delicious breakfast. There was so much to eat and the staff were very friendly. I didnt expect it to be so inclusive at the rate we paid. It was an overall good experience and I did not have any major issues with our room or service.

Unfortunately it was very windy so the pool had leaves in it but we could still swim, and the Jacuzzi didn't work at that time. They should have another way to verify your room at breakfast instead of being asked upon arrival to dining area, (wristbands perhaps).

I always have been like it a lot but this experience was not so good first off they give this room and the a/c wasn’t working so they changed me to another one and this one was dirty and the tv hasn’t any signal so they changed me to another one but the lady that was working on the desk at the time she told me with very bad actitud like it was my fault she said I’m can’t keeping you change the rooms !! omg so after paying that amount so if something isn’t working I have to remain quiet so she can’t getting pissoff! come on and she didn’t said I’m sorry about that or anything I was with my food and bag walking all over the place.!

Daisy (super friendly), (Yareli (best smile in phoenix!) Vic (very professional) and Mina (exceptionally versatile, from housekeeping to keeping breakfast items stocked.)

Breakfast was pretty bland, biscuits were hard and only served gravy once or twice a week. Bring in some more options like danishes, and serve that delicious breakfast gravy every day.

The front desk person when we checked in was excellent with customer service.

We found a dirty sock by the sitting area. A broken tile in the bathroom and the doors to the shower didn't stay shut while showering.

The Breakfast was very good with a variety each day. The staff was very kind and understanding.

The bathroom light over the mirror was not working correctly. The notice about covid services, you had to call a day in advanced for cleaning services where the note said to call before 11am.

The employees were everything you’d hope to expect in hotel hospitality. Everyone from front desk to housekeeping were friendly, efficient, and professional. Front Desk Associate Bethany was a joy. I definitely appreciate when I am able to laugh openly with someone. The property is located near an IHop and a few fast food restaurants which made finding someplace to eat very convenient and gas was never an issue as it is conveniently located near a 76 and Quiktrip.

The only thing that I did not like were the people who walked in and around the parking lot during the day and night. Many of them clearly were not staying at the hotel. At one point I was asked to let someone into the hotel with my keycard but did not as I was unsure as to whether he was staying at the hotel.

nice and clean. kimberly was very helpful getting me checked in and getting the cable box working in the room. she was very kind and friendly!

well the fact that there were several events going on, meant that hotel prices were 3x what one normal night would cost. i believe that is price gouging. the way the economy is, i found it ridiculous to pay over $200 for that room. any other time, the room would have been around $80.00z

Rooms were clean and comfortable - breakfast was good and the staff were really friendly - plenty of parking

Needs attention to detail cleaning in some of the vending areas and elevators
