All the staff we came across were great, eager to help, smiley and chatty. The bedroom was spacious, comfortable and clean. There was a hot and cold serve yourself breakfast which was very nice, free bottled water and tea/coffee available in reception 24/7. For the most part we couldn't hear anything from other rooms, the air con wasn't noisy, fridge/freezer and microwave in room and we generally had a lovely stay. Thank you.

The bathroom was fine for us but would have been a tad tight for anyone much bigger than us. Despite our best efforts we couldn't make the plug on the bath work properly.

The corner queen suite with kitchenette was a nice room. We were able to store the items we purchased from the supermarket. The walking space between the bed and dresser is ok. Closet space is small. AC works great. Water pressure on the 2nd floor isn’t strong but good enough for showers.

We extended our stay beyond our original booking and the only room available with queen size beds was an accessible one for disabled guests. It was roomy but the beds had an open space underneath them and I was afraid our puppy would relieve itself underneath and we wouldn’t be able to clean it up.

We visited Sierra Vista to attend a Birding Conference and our stay at the hotel was exceptional. Fantastic location to drive into town or outdoor venues to go birdwatching. The breakfast is served early, so we could get going early and be outside before the day heats up. Every day the staff try to vary the offerings at breakfast, so it made our stay there intriguing. Truly enjoyed our stay here.

Excellent selection and availability of items! Great staff who was very personable and efficient! When I accidentally forgot a pair of my shoes in the room and returned four hours later, they were still there and I was so grateful for the honesty of the staff. Kudos to Brandee at check-in and Abi at checkout and the restaurant staff.

We did not use the outdoor HEATED pool because it was too cold outdoors for us to really enjoy it but not a big deal. Bathroom is very small but it is very clean.

The location and room superseded my expectations. We got the corner room that had a larger fridge, large table and a good size counter. The breakfast was awesome with a huge variety to choose from, including a gluten free muffin. I'm glad they thought about people with a gluten allergy. The place was clean and staff friendly. Well recommended.

I did not like the fact that I had to wait over 2 hours past the check in time of 3:00 pm. They said they were short on staff and the room was not cleaned yet. They told me it would take about .1.5 hours before I can get my room that I paid for. They told me to go get something to eat or wait in the lobby. It was too early to eat and after a long drive all I wanted to do was rest in the room. I was upset (being generous here) about this. This emotion went away once I saw the room and was able to relax.

The room was clean and the breakfast choices were excellent!! Wide array of choices --including waffles, bagels, cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, and fruit in real fruit juice : ) as well as apples, excellent coffee (available all day), juice, etc.... Individual packaging of silverware and food items (bagels, muffins, cereal) appreciated for cleanliness. We also appreciated the availability of free bottled water from a cooler in the lobby. Close to nearby restaurants, convenience stores (Walmart)and not far from main highways. Quiet location. Fire pit was available if we wanted it, as was a heated pool and hot tub.

Our stay was so fantastic, that we decided to spend an additional night at this hotel. The location is perfect for comfort and to go out birdwatching at the nearby canyons and riparian areas close by. The breakfast selection is amazing, with different hot foods almost every morning.

The location was nice and beds comfortable.

The same breakfast was offered every day (scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles.) Would have been nice to have a variety. Also, the lady working the one day wasn't very kind. I guess there is a limit on yogurt, even though it wasn't posted and she was rude to the one parent that was taking yogurt to her kids in the room.

it was very clean, had a great breakfast and complimentary bottled water available anytime. the pool was nice and clean and the rooms were clean as well, and also had cable tv that worked well.

the location is out of the way, unless you’re specifically there to visit someone on fort huchucha base. it’s at the end of town so you’re going to be driving a lot if you’re heading into Sierra vista

Tyler was an amazing employee. He went above & beyond his duty to see we were comfortable & well informed of the hotels benefits & facilities. I now will stay here every time I'm in Arizona! We we're beyond happy with our stay!
