We arrived by car and the drive was quicker than expected so we were a little early to check in. The young man at the desk when we arrived was very professional and kind. He went to check on room readiness and invited us to relax in comfy chairs in the lobby and use the wifi, watch TV etc. I'm sorry I didn't get his name because it was just a few minutes until shift change and Barbara took over. Most of our wait was with her and she was delightful. She took over checking room cleaning progress and we enjoyed chatting with her while she worked. They did get us into a first floor room, as we'd requested, and a few minutes early. Later we consulted with her about nearby restaurants and she was generous and gave it some thought, made a few recommendations, and answered other questions about traffic and events downtown etc. We felt welcome and cared for, which we appreciated very much.

Giving this place a little lower score because it could use some maintenance, paint etc. It looks a little shabby. Though the price, location, and the excellent front desk staff made up for it. Housekeeping was less than ideal--the room didn't seem that clean, there were barely enough towels and they weren't in great shape, and there was only decaf for the coffee maker!

Unbelievable staff. Treated like royalty. Started from second number one. I showed up late at night, 3am. Having mobility issues, the concierge brought out a wheelchair, that I wheelie needed! Staff were awesome, fun to work with. The Manager made all kinds of accommodation for my temporary special needs.. I extended for 4 more nights. Amazing, wonderful, fantastic. Wow. If you don’t come here, you’ll regret it.

Nice selection for light breakfast, good! Our room was great, a little car noise and flights from air base but that was not a negative factor for us. Restaurants nearby and gas station right next door. Check in woman was very friendly and helpful!

Only inconvenience was hotel allowing large moving truck to park parallel and take up 5 car spaces, a little inconvenient when the hotel was full.

The young lady at the counter was extremely helpful as Booking.com inaccurately described items that were not available (#1-shuttle to airport)

The rooms were old looking and the pictures were not what was really present day.

We were visiting family in town and did not eat breakfast here. Room was sizable and really appreciated having a comfortable seating area.

We had a king bed. The top sheet and blanket barely covered the top of the mattress. Some serious upgrades on the linens needs to happen. The bed itself was comfortable.

Pretty comfy and nice staff.

We were here for 4 nights. The first morning I used the shower. The water flow was light, but I managed to wash my hair and get the shampoo out. The 2nd morning there was barely any trickle. Had to have their maintenance man come ans fix it. My sister used the shower and said it was very good. Hopefully it will be working well for me.

I'd the stay everyone super friendly my room was spotless at all time.

I didn't like... Hmmm idk is difficult.. ooh I know. I don't get extra towels but I still had my own. NO PROBLEM.

Location, location, location!

The #1 glitch was the hot tub was not available...for a senior that's critical.

The staff here are great, very friendly and helpful. This is an older place, but the rooms are very clean and have what you need for an overnight stay. There is plenty of coffee in the morning and breakfast muffins. There is a nice little pool area as well. It is not real fancy, but works out just fine for an overnight stay prior to heading to the airport.

It was a bit further away from the airport than I originally thought, but that's my fault for not checking the map.

Breakfast was lacking. Very little hot water, had to ask for tea bags and little muffins - only 3 left, and flakes in a canister. Probable would be better not to mention breakfast in ad.
