The suite single king bedroom was absolutely perfect. The bed alone was very comfortable but what made the room perfect were the microwave, refrigerator, sink and all utensils available right there in the room. Will definitely be my go-to when visiting Tucson.

The front desk lady (ana) was very rude and just outright inconsiderate. She speaks to people like she has an attitude problem. Other than her poor excuse for customer service the place was great.

The room was stunning -- very beautifully decorated and very spacious. I loved how the TV had my name on it welcoming us! We had everything we could ever want in our room, and I wished we could have stayed more than one night! Breakfast was served in reception area, and was very good. There was a good selection and comfortable tables to eat at. Quiet even though we were close to the airport.

Nothing needed improvement, although I did notice staff seemed overworked keeping up with front desk and breakfast duties. It didn't affect me -- just made me feel sorry for them!

Very quiet location very good for all attractions south of tucson. Rooms are very large And well set up for work, lots of electrical outlets and natural light. Nice cooking area and they will provide induction plate and frying pan. Room come with full size fridge, micro wave and dishwasher. Full set of dishes.. breakfast ok but no scrambled eggs. Hot coffee available all day.

Breakfast could have been better

This was one of the best places we stayed during our road trip. It is very close to the Tucson airport making it convenient if you are catching a flight. All of the staff were extremely nice and accommodating. They have a nice pool area with plenty of seating and grills available for cooking. We also used the laundry and gym area which was clean and functioning, the washer and dryer take quarters, but you can get them at the front desk. The rooms were also very clean and spacious. we would absolutely stay here again.

when I got there at 3:20pm, they said the specific room I asked for was not ready. due to a full house of socker players on the weekend. I said I will return the Rental car and return. the mgr., picked me up and she was awesome. she said she would look into it. However, they took my phone number and said they would call when the top corner room was ready. that did not happen! The individual who took my info was new and gave me a room on the 2nd floor. But, that same mgr., was able to move me to the fourth floor. they were helping someone who also checked in, but her room was not ready as well on the 3rd floor. so, she left and they suggested her to return in 30-minutes. I dont know what the final results were. Eve

We weren’t expecting prewrapped eggs and sausage burrito or ready made hot sandwiches for bfast. We did love that we could have fresh waffles. Happy to have apples that were wrapped in plastic that we could have any time of day for snack.

We found out that Booking.com charged us $50 more than if we would have booked directly with the hotel. How are third parties allowed to overcharge?

Clean big rooms with full breakfast well worth the price.

Digital check in did not work and I had to physically see the front desk. No room cleaning during my multiple day stay. and when I inquired I wasn't offered the option to have my room cleaned. The breakfast didn't have clean bowls for cereal any day I tried to eat cereal. The luggage carts were missing the day I arrived and the front desk didn't even try to look for them. Trash piled up in the halls during my stay for unknown reasons. No doggie bags anywhere even though I was told at check-in to be sure and pick up my dogs poop and that bags were available outside. I did the best I could but there were piles where noone tried to pick up, that was disappointing.

Well when we got there the person that checked us in should not even been there. Didn't care if we were there or not. Cleaning of the room every four days because of Covid well if that's the case they should all be wearing ma mask. A couple of staff that worked the night shift were very good but the rest didn't care

Clean, easy access, quiet, large suite, plenty of storage for long term stays, full size refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Nice sofa bed, dining table, large counter space and drawers, and a wardrobe too. Common Breakfast area in lobby was large and accommodating.

Breakfast selection was ok, not great. Would have appreciated more of a selection of hot items and not premade sandwich which lended to a cardboard experience with the English muffin. Floors in our room 'bounced' and felt like an elephant was walking across the floor. When I asked if a luggage cart was available at check in the front desk clerk said if they weren't around corner they were all gone. That was factual but how it was condescendingly stated made me feel I shouldn't have even asked her. While I felt these 3 examples of what I didn't like about our stay here, they were more minor inconveniences, and not really big issues. We still had an overall very good experience and would stay with them again.

The basic breakfast and the tables of the breakfast which were not cleaned. For the 3 nights we stood there the house keeping didn’t come to empty the garbages. We had to go downstairs to get some coffee.
