Room was very nice and clean. Staff, especially the front desk at check in and the maintenance guy working on the hot tub were very nice, knowledgeable and friendly.

Too much noise from the room above us. It was fine because the hotel looked full, but if there was ample room I would encourage the hotel to not book someone directly underneath another booked room.

The rooms were a good size bigger than most. The breakfast was delicious. We would stay here again. The staff was friendly. The hotel was completely booked when we stayed.

That check in took almost thirty minutes. The manger was the only one working that night. She did apologize about the wait that would be the only thing we didn't like was the checking in to the hotel.

the staff made it very comfortable. they were all polite and and provided answers or helped with any thing I needed . from front desk to house keeping, even the young woman taking care of the breakfast bar - I watched her cater to the guests and making sure everything was fresh and stocked for breakfast and shared pleasantries with the guests .

Upon arrival, learned I did not get the type of room I reserved. Found out when I entered the room! Staff didn't mention it until I went to find out why. Told me I could pull out the sofa sleeper and make an extra bed. :( Tiny parking lot.

The hotel was clean, the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast offerings were fresh with good variety of options. Bottled water and coffee in the lobby were appreciated after a long trip.

Friday night guests were noisy in the halls late into the night. This wasn't the fault of the staff, but it interfered with our enjoyment of the property.

Breakfast was awesome and the woman was polite, friendly and very welcoming.

The receptionist woman wasn't very nice and wasn't paying attention after she asked me questions and I was answering them.

very nice place staff was wonderful the tv went out i went to front desk the manager came right up looked at it and sad it indeed was broken and moved us to another room immediately we told him it wasn't necessary but he said nope he wanted our stay to be perfect.

Location, staff and pool

The shower needs corner guards to keep the water in. I was in a suite and it did not feel like a suite. It should have been bigger.

Beds were very comfortable.

Problems with the hotel key cards.The 1st 2 cards we was given; wouldnt open our room door, then was given 2 more cards and only 1 worked ;out of the 2 cards we was given. So we just used that 1 card. Not enough light in the bathroom. One side of the mirror light was burned out.

No elevator and wifi did not work well, security cameras in place but signage about lack of security made me nervous
