Everything was very clean. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. We love that there was a laundry facility on site for guests to use... and the washer and dryer were nice and did a great job for us. Our room was near the pool and there were a lot of kids in it, but we couldn't hear them at all.

The gal at the front desk wasn't very friendly. She mentioned that breakfast would be available in the lounge, but didn't bother to tell us where that was and it didn't seem obvious. We just felt like we were interrupting something when we asked questions. The room could've used a ceiling fan for a little better distribution of the heat. It was cold right beside the heater, but hot near the other bed.

Property was very clean and updated

The staff was very rude especially the Friday night staff when we checked in treated me like I should have known where everything was and I should not have asked her ANY questions. There was only 2 staff members our entire stay that was nice to us and I hate that I didn’t get one if the young ladies name. She was a housekeeper on the 3rd floor Saturday morning she was very nice and polite and Caleb at the desk Saturday evening was very nice as well

We were traveling from Texas to Iowa for a business trip. We had several of our workers, material and tools with us when it happened and our truck didn't make it to the hotel so we had to make several trips in our SUV to get all of our stuff to the hotel. The staff was so helpful and extremely kind to loan us their conference room to store our ladders and tools while we were there. We also had kids with us(because we were going to Iowa for a month-long project) and the staff was kind enough to let us help ourselves to some milk and cereals we needed for the kids after hours. I wasn't familiar with this hotel chain before but since we travel all over the US I will definitely be checking out more of their other locations. By the way the room accommodations were fantastic and the breakfast in the morning made everyone in our team very happy. The kids were happy they at least got to enjoy the pool after everything our kids and our team had gone through.

There's not a single bad thing I can say about this place.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Employees very welcoming and facility very clean. Breakfast was excellent.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT book this place with booking.com, we arrived and they were full but according to booking. com they still had rooms. The manager was great she put us in a room that the shower was getting worked on. We didn't have to pay for our stay due to booking. com

it was close to where I was working.

two of the 4 mornings that I stayed the breakfast buffet was depleted. everything was empty. It didn’t seem that they were staffed to keep everything stocked.

I was stuck in Newport for Christmas and the staff did everything they could to ensure I was safe and warm. Huge Welcome Mat. The breakfast was delicious and the food available was delicious!

we were there for funeral. it would’ve been nice to have had been offered bereavement rates. we travelled from Indianan. got in late the young woman at the front was pretty rude. in her defense it did look like she was the only one working but still she could’ve been nicer

The staff was awesome and friendly the hotel was beautiful and it was all together a great time 10/10 would recommend and would definitely go back again

Nothing everything was great

very clean, quiet, and well run

my room was on the first floor with a view of a car dealership parking lot. The lot was so close i didn’t want to leave my window blinds open.

After my initial check in there was never anyone at the desk when I went downstairs. I think they could have had a place for dirty towels and clean towels to be exchanged.
