I like the spacious, room the kitchen the bed, the fact that it had a fridge. The bed was comfortable. The staff was really nice and friendly.

The sofabed, looked really old it was falling apart, the pillows were not at all comfortable, there was staples sticking out of the carpet, near the kitchen, and my toddler could have really gotten injured. The sliding restroom door was just awful. The rooms are nice but seems some stuff needs to be upgraded especially the carpet, pillows, & sofa bed

Excellent place overall! Breakfast was solid and had a decent changing selection every day. Location is excellent - very close to highway for access, and within walking distance of many restaurants and to the Arcadia metro station line. Great for accessing Pasadena (including the Rose Bowl shuttle)! Rooms are also very spacious - this is like a 1 bedroom + lofted apartment, so there's plenty of room for a family of 4.

No real criticisms, but the bathrooms were small and didn't have very many hangers. This isn't a major issue since the rest of the suite is so spacious, but it could be a little difficult if you need some privacy to shower and change.

It's a good location for a family stay if you want to be on this side of Los Angeles. The housing is very clean, private and the area feels safe. We were there for a family gathering and visited the nearby botanical gardens, which were awesome.

If you arrive at night, the parking might be full, so it means a slightly longer walk, but this was only an issue the first night - the good news is it felt safe. Otherwise, our stay went well, and the staff was always willing to assist if needed.

Very roomy, and clean.

Thought the bi-level would have two floors, but there’s also an outside flight of stairs with no elevator. So three flights if carrying your bag up to the top room. Hard for older guests. No bottled drinking water in the room, temps of around 100 degrees that day. Had to pay for the two bottled waters we were given in the lobby.

Staff were extremely kind and friendly, especially on check-in. The facilities were excellent, breakfast was very good and overall we enjoyed our stay a great deal. I would recommend to others and stay again.*****

The services and the friendly staff were fantastic! The location was great. It was easy for me to get around. I love that it was in a location where I can easily access restaurants.

There's nothing that I didn't like.

Great room, everything was fine in the suite.

Construction equipment took out 1/3 parking, making it difficult to find a spot near our room. We weren’t informed about the construction ahead of time.

Excellent breakfast and the location was very convenient for our visit to attend a wedding and family locations.

Nothing that I can suggest.

I like the rooms and anemmieties that came with the room.
