People who worked at the hotel were all very nice. The pool was fun. The gym facilities were very much appreciated. The atmosphere was festive, and the facilities supported that feeling.

Towels were re-supplied every so often and upon request, so that was good. But we didn't realize at the outset that the room was going to be cleaned only minimally during our stay (e.g., trash cans were emptied every other day), and the bed wasn't going to be made. It wasn't by any means a situation without pros (e.g., added privacy), and some of the would-be cons weren't important (having the bed made by staff is overkill, though it used to be a hotel standard). So that was somewhat of a surprise.

We have stayed here before and this is our first time back since Cov19. We checked in 3/11/222 @ 11PM, the room and bath was not very clean in general, AC unit did not work, beds were very bumpy and the window did not lock, we were on the second floor but it was late. 3/12/22 at 6:3AM, I called front desk, I requested a change of room but was denied but they did send maintenance for the window. He had to enter a couple times due to the parts needed repair. He had mask on and friendly, We left for a family funeral 9AM, came back 1:30PM and made a request for change of room with the front desk. She was very nice and gave us another room. When we went up to pack and move our room was cleaned. New room: clean, beds much more comfortable and not squeaky and bumpy, AC works, Window no problem, had a better view. Overall, Staffs are very friendly. Rooms have small refrigerator, coffee maker with coffee and microwave. No complementary water bottle, buy your own and put in the frig. I think the bath need updating. The Bistro was closed so we missed that. It was nice in the past, to be able to get a drink before heading up to our room at the end of the day. Compare to our previous stays, it dropped a notch. Location is near freeway 10, Denny's, Mexican Restaurant, Starbuck and McDonalds. We had a good stay and wants to thank the staffs.

The front desk staff were amazing, our room was kept extremely clean & well stocked with towels & coffee during our week stay. Marylyn & Desarei were fantastic. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends & family visiting the area.

That my vacation came to an end.

Friendly staff, pool closes late at 11, bar in the lounge and the lounge area is really nice as well. Big plus is being close to the freeway and stores and restaurants.

they were a little uptight about pool, a really nice family was harassed about having alcohol by pool even though they weren’t doing anything destructive or inappropriate.

I really liked the lobby,very spacious with lots of space to hangout if you don’t want to be in your room.

It’s a little pricey but you do get what you pay for. Parking spaces needs improvement.

There was a rush in the morning and only two staff. It was not organized well. It was not the staff fault but poor management. No one assisted the two workers for about 100 orders.

staff very cooperative about an early check-In. Nice clean rooms near each other for group of three separate families.

television in one room could not be viewed from laying in bed.

convenient location , close to shops and food.

no breakfast not even a little brown bag. hotels here in Arizona even durning COVID had little brown bags with apples , bananas, muffins just a little something to compensate for not having the breakfast area open.

great room size and i really like the outdoor seating area.

i had to pay for a regular cup of coffee. but the computer system was down and i had to pay with cash which i didn't have on me and they wouldn't charge it to the room.
