Pool and spa should have been open. At 5am someone tapped on my door, by the time I opened the door they were gone. I stepped out to see if someone needed assistance, no one was in sight.

The location is very comfortable; absolutely Love the calm and peace of the place, the employers/ owners are always very nice and approachable. I hands down absolutely love the azusa inn and I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice spot to enjoy and rest without having to worry about the high pricing , it definitely satisfies my budget! Lol

I liked the secluded area. It was hidden from the street and still very well kept. the landscape was well taken care of which gave me hope for the interior and i was right. the pool and spa area were also very relaxing.

I loved everything about the place, the attendant, very courteous, clean and spacious room, very happy with the place!!!

Everything went perfect until the housekeeper got to my room knocking very loud and insistently, I opened the door and told her I was on my way out and she had such a bad attitude, she just said, just leave the door open, but with a very arrogant attitude, like I was an intruder or I didn't pay for my stay...I didn't leave her a tip, so she learns...!

There was no breakfast but that's okay I don't eat breakfast. The inn is back off of the highway so it was very quiet. I would stay here again.

I had no issues with any of the inns facility.

Excellent location, good food near. A few miles from 60 highway and conected with the 10 highway tto.. The day was cold but we could use the jacuzzi. Very quiet place for rest.

A free coffee in the mornig would be perfect

pillows are very fat. hard to make flat and low. advise you bring your own. else a thought time to use for sleep.

Amenities poor. (No wash clothes, towels in poor condition, not enough pillows, no drain stopper for the bathtub, etc.)

The pool was clean. Parking was plentiful. Lots of places to eat at in surrounding area. McDonald's, Shakers, Jack in the Box including Asian Cuisine and American Foods. All within walking distance. Target also nearby.

I liked everything about our stay staff was friendly they didn't bug us on our stay but did ask if we needed anything throughout our stay I would really recommend staying here especially if you love your privacy thank you will be booking again
