I stayed here in December. I had requested a handicap accessible room. The bathroom was very spacey, beautiful large mirror! The room was all fairly roomy--and clean!!! I had asked the front desk, who I believe were also the owners, if a friend could leave their car parked there while we took my car and they said yes without hesitation. Staff was friendly.

The hotel is very clean with housekeeping coming every day to remove the garbage, swap out the towels, and tidy up the bed. There is a Burger King next to the hotel and a boba + donut store within walking distance. There is also a bus stop right outside and plenty of Uber drivers nearby so you don't need to rent a car. They also let me check in a few hours early which is nice. The mini fridge and microwave also came in handy. The hotel is a bit far from downtown which is not the most convenient but also directly translates to savings.

They did not respond to my emails or phone calls before check in. However, this did not end up being an issue.

A basic hotel experience with not many additional flourishes but everything they did have was clean and worked well. The guy checking us in was quick and no additional hidden costs outside of a 10 dollar deposit for their remote thing (which was given back with no prompting when we checked out). Definitely worth the money and I would absolutely stay here again.

Just the bare minimum for amenities without things like coffee or too much additional towels, but I was paying for a clean and comfortable hotel and that's what I got.

Room was updated, with vinyl plank floors, a nice bathroom and shower. Bed was comfortable, and that's mainly why we needed a room. The only time we spent there was while we slept. We didn't use the tv, so can't comment on that. Before we booked we noticed several reviews mentioned concerns about the surrounding area. It struck us as just like any other urban working class neighborhood -- nothing to fret over. But if such observations worry you, the hotel is arranged like a fortress, with an entry passageway and then all the rooms surrounding the parking lot.

It was a little off-putting to see on the list of rules in the lobby: "No prostitution allowed." It was also odd that the clerk handed me a remote for the tv, rather than it just being left in the room. Do people really steal those? The ice machine required quarters; that was a bit off putting.

Wonderful couple who runs it. Very nice and willing to help. The room is a bit bare on amenities but they'll help you if you need something like a coffee maker in the room and you tell them ahead of time.

The bed was great, but the pillows are very firm. Only firm. They might have had other options if we'd asked, but luckily I had brought a softer travel pillow. Otherwise I'd have had to ask or buy one. If you need a soft pillow this isn't it.

The location was very nice and calm. There was a Burger King right next door, convenient for a quick breakfast. The room was very clean and stayed cool throughout the night. The staff were very nice and accommodating to our late arrival around midnight.

Everything was very nice. However, the rooms must echo as I could hear our neighbors talking in the middle of the night and using their shower in the morning.

I had to do a photoshoot for a client about 2 miles from Crystal Palace and found it to be the highest rated facility in the area. Note: The surrounding town is not exactly an upscale area in general and this a motel, not a luxury hotel. But I felt safe, and the facilities were spotless. Every time I went outside there were people cleaning everything from the staircase banners to the door handles, etc. And my room was also spotless as well as spacious. I have stayed in fancy hotels that were not as comfortable. This place plus Door Dash made for a very pleasant experience. Any time I am required to stay in the area I will return to the Crystal Palace.

I can't think of anything practical that they could improve on. The desk chair was a dining table chair but a comfortable chair is so different from person to person that it is impractical to replace them all.

The room was very clean the floor the sheets the bathroom was very clean it was very important because I met up with my 2 boys my 18 and 10 year old that I don't live with so it was important we were comfortable my 10 year old is super picky about germs so he actually liked it.

I didn't lunes that my son couldn't park his car there so we had to take his car at my mom's and just keep my car in hotel place at night I wish both our cars could of been parked together we were going to splash in LA Mirada the next day so driving back to my mom's to pick up car was a drag.

Very good position for the visit of the town. Free locked parking under the building, very useful and not easy to find in San Francisco. Staff was helpful and gave us all touristic information needed for moving around with public transportation.

Our room was on the street side and, even with double glasses, in the morning street noises are remarkable and start very soon…
