Holiday Inn Express & Suites Clovis Fresno Area, an IHG Hotel

Everything was great! Breakfast was wonderful each morning. My room was massive and wonderful. Bed was like sleeping on clouds and there were 2 different types of pillows on the bed that were identified on the pillow cases. I found that to be unique and very much appreciated.

The pool was inundated by a large (20+) group of teenagers on the 2nd night. They were loud and kept throwing a tennis ball that nearly hit me in the head (I was in the hot tub with my granddaughter) several times. I asked them to please be more aware of where they were throwing the ball to which one of them replied with "I don't care". My granddaughter and I got out of the hot tub after 10 minutes and went back to my room. I didn't complain to anyone as their coach was sitting inside where he could see them.

It was a decent place to stay. I didn’t have any big issues come up. My room was clean & stocked.

The staff aren’t very helpful or friendly. I interacted with several at different times & each person acted like I was bothering them. I did not feel welcome during my stay.

The room was large and spacious with nice natural light coming from the large windows facing the main boulevard. The temperature in the room was perfect, comfy beds, nice and quiet. We didn't try the breakfast

The initial greet could have been a little bit more welcoming. I said "hello, we have a reservation" and the response was "I need your ID and a credit card"

We were very pleased with the location of the hotel, close to food places and the freeway. Our room was very comfortable. The room was also well lit. The staff for check-n and departure were very helpful.

The breakfast was ok. The eggs were not appealing. However thankful to be able to have the turkey sausage, fruit and yogurt. I would suggest a waffle iron instead of a pancake maker.

Rooms were large & clean. Hotel is centrally located. Staff were helpful

Air conditioning in our room worked excellent the 1st night, then stopped working the 2nd night. The staff asked if we wanted another room but we toughed it out because we were tired & just didn't want to pack up all our stuff & relocate. It wasn't that bad for the effort...lol.

I must say that our stay was Amazing. The person who checked us in was wonderful, he took the time to talk to us and made sure to ask if we had any questions before he handed us the key and gave us room directions. Breakfast was delicious in the morning - the area was clean and organized. Our stay was so great we even shared it on our social media. Thank you!

Our bathroom had no vent and after the shower it was to hot in there. The door got stuck and you had to push hard to get out. Not good when you are in a good sleep and someone else goes to the rest room and wakes you up with the door.

Morning Staff (older male gentleman) was very accommodating in preparing the Morning Breakfast which included the coffee, hot biscuit/egg/bacon and other items. I was a bit disappointed at first but understand staff is trying to do their best due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Checkout staff was not helpful. (younger Female) I Requested a folio (Checkout Printout) of charges and was refused a printout and was asked to refer to my Booking.com reservation. All the other hotels I stayed in the last 5 days did not have this problem. This will be an issue with my work reimbursement process =(

The staff was very friendly, we were just there for a quick stop overnight before hitting the airport early the next morning. The room was clean and much bigger than I expected. The shower was hot and the room had a coffee maker and microwave.

Within walking distance of the Save Mart Center but we still drove

Not a lot of parking in front of facilities. We had to wait about 20 extra minutes for our room even though check in was 3:00. We didn’t check in until after 5. We missed our dinner reservation at 6 as we had a concert at 7 right after

My stay was great and the staff was very hospitable if we asked for something it was given to us. The breakfast was simple and fast.

I didn’t like the cleaning hose in the pool all day it should only be in the pool at certain time and there should me shade over the tables and chairs
