The Ramada lnn north was very very nice. The staff were nice, not just to me, but l watched not for any specific reason, just waiting in the lobby. They were still accommodating. This was the morning, late afternoon Crew. If my comment are low on a few l did not address my concerns to front desk so you can't charge them 😞 it was me not going back and change my last room in which l stayed. That's all so don't draw anything into it. They would have fixed the problem, l do believe. They do need to have bathroom access in the lobby. Even if you have to have a key but that is just courtesy. Also you don't want a guess to not have access to the facilities that are not in their room. Such as the bathroom in particular only. The pool was emaculant! I have seen many different pools, this one is high up there for cleanliness and inviting you to jump in! ☺️🤣

I booked 2 rooms for me and my family. But they run out of 2 queen beds, only one left. I've asked the staff if they have a pull able couch, and he said yes, I said I'll take that, fine with me. Check out the rooms. The rooms with 2 queen beds were great, but the other rooms were terrible. Told the staff to clean the couch cause it was dirty and bring the bedsheet. They didn't clean as we expected they just put the bedding. My family didn't use the couch bed they cramped themselves in a queen bed.A family of a 3 year and 11 years old with their parent..

The staff promised that they would clean the couch bed. It was not cleaned 😕

I like the big and comfy beds and the size of the rooms are very nice as well with a full sofa bed and king size bed,desk and office chair. I like the value and low deposit I like the fast check in and out and there's a full breakfast in the morning.8

The rooms weren't as clean as before.I had to ask for another room the first one looked like someone was still staying there and it was upstairs all the way into another building on the other side of the hotel The breakfast was good but I got very sick on the 2nd day I think it might have been the eggs.

I liked that housekeeping went out of their way to clean our room on Saturday, even though we weren't on that day's schedule.

I killed a cockroach in the bathroom. One of the guests blasted the music in his car as he was leaving. It was approximately 9:30 a.m. People were still trying to sleep. I suggest the hotel post quiet hours.

The staff was especially great, helpful, friendly, and on top of their jobs. I like that they were down to earth. Easy to understand and made me feel comfortable.

I think that the hideaway beds need to be replaced.n Both rooms were not in working.orderI think that the decor is a little out dated and needs a little TLC.

Love the rooms here. They're comfy and big. Nice location quiet but also close to major shopping and restaurants.

I didnt like the fact I stayed 2 nights but my reservation was cancelled some type of computer glitch had to redo it 3 times and I was charged more for the room. The staff weren't good at helping me. There's also no blankets unless u ask for one

The gentleman in the empty restaurant, with only styrofoam utensils, made us the greatest bowl of chili and chickeb quesedillas we've ever had!...get him some silverware!!

Breakfast was uninspiring...good thing Starbucks & McDonalds are just across the parking lot...

Breakfast was pretty good standard items . The pool was nice

The door to the room was hard to open works stick every time we tried to go in. The bed was a little hard . The hallway was very hot to go in and out of .. need chairs out by the water fountain

Was good value for the price. And security for the vehicle felt safe had no worries

No exhaust fan in the restroom for the heat to escape. Toilet seem to take a bit to flush and shower head might of been plugged a bit didn't have that good water pressure. And hot was cold and cold was hot🤦lol but other than that it was good

The pool is great and we really appreciated that we could swim until 9 pm. Breakfast and coffee were good, you can prepare your own waffles. Only thing missing was cream cheese.
