The guest is a bit of a germophobe and still got good rest and reported a VERY relaxing stay.

Using Bookings.com has been a hassle two of two times. In this stay, at checkin, the guest was first told that the room would be charged to their debit card....until I (booking agent) arrived and then suddenly all was well. It seems that the relationship between the property and bookings.com is not as client-centered as it should be. For $100+ a night at a "two star" motel, the property managers should definitely put the guest first.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my parents because they don’t use the internet that often. The staff was great room was clean, great price and very close to the Casino. We definitely recommend this motel to everyone. Thank you for being so kind to my parents. They truly enjoyed there stay.

Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I believe it is a family operation. The room was small but perfectly laid out. The bed was comfy, the internet was good, shower had good pressure. The entire room was newly renovated from top to bottom - very clean. Close to everything. I would definitely recommend to everyone.

There was absolutely NOTHING I could complain about. From arrival to departure, it was a good experience.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Having a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker was great. It is a small motel with easy access to the room. Very good when traveling with pets.

It is located far from I-5, which we didn't realize.

I am always skeptical about motels but we were tired and just wanted to rest I booked on line and usually pictures on line are never what you really get when I pulled up I was impressed very nice clean ok outside looks good let’s see inside, the room was clean, very nicely put together very pleasant stay quit cozy not a lot of room but perfect for the overnight stay.

Heating and air updated a little loud

The hotel owner checked us in and was very helpful.

The AC unit ran off & on, very loudly, all night long. Instruction on how to set the AC would be helpful.

It's an older property but it's been totally remodeled and extremely clean very nicely done very accommodating staff just a nice place to stay

Staff members were very helpful and friendly. We couldn't figure out how to make the dish tv work, so someone came to our room to tutor us.

It would have been better to have brought my own soap. The bars of soap provided were so small, they were almost paper thin.
