Our unit was very clean and roomy. I liked the mini fridge, large double table, and chaise lounge in the room. The king size bed was very comfortable!

I used the iron and ironing board to iron my dress, (silk fabric). No matter how hot I turned, it was not working...the wrinkles would not disappear. I looked and the iron is smaller than normal. So I believe it was not effective since it is a small iron.

Our check in went smoothly. The staff was terrific. We had a large room with a very comfortable bed. The hotel was quiet.

We were unable to connect to the Wi-FI. When we called to notify the front desk. They were very apologetic and said they would do their best to fix it. We were never able to make the connection. Considering this as, perhaps, a one time event, I did not let this effect my ratings on the other items.

The breakfast was nice. Decent selection, waffles were great! Nice, clean open space to eat in. Gentleman from front checked often to see if we needed anything, very friendly and helpful.

Only thought was maybe a small selection of fresh fruit with the breakfast. Otherwise everything was great.

they accommodated to what I asked , and they have rooms in the back of the property that give you plenty of privacy. also the staff was very nice and worked woth us when it came to making it work.

there wasn't too much i didn't like really. the facilities were clean, staff was friendly. and the room was spacious and has a fridge.

The location was good and was easy to navigate. Parking was good . It felt like a safe area.

The breakfast was a “Grab and Go” which I declined because of my diet restrictions. They were remodeling the breakfast area and this was all they offered. Very disappointed about this since I felt the cost of the room was breakfast included.

Location is great for the Toyota Ampitheatre. Free breakfast is nice.

Homeless loitering around property, seems to be a standard California feature everywhere you go these days. Thank you Gov Newsome!

Some rooms have jacuzzi tubs in the room not the bathroom, and a fireplace and personal patio, like a small studio apartment

Christine at the front desk was very helpful, friendly and efficient. The room was perfect, exceptionally clean, nothing was of place. The furnishings were all in excellent condition. One thing I hope that gets fixed is the Apple contactless payment system was not workin even though the splash screen on the POS payment system says it does accept Apple Pay, it in fact did not work at all. Otherwise, everything else was excellent, very professional and friendly and welcoming staff.

It was clean. Very quiet. The staff was very friendly. I see my gf every other weekend. We will be staying here a lot more.

The staff was very friendly and especially helpful, I am a wheelchair user and need a bit of help with stuff.

All the extra facilities were shut down, I am not sure why.
