The breakfast was grab and go, pastry and coffee. The room was beautiful, recently redone. The bed was so comfortable, a pillow topped king size bed. They had two chairs plus a desk with a desk chair. The room had a small refrigerator, microwave, and a safe. The vanity had a granite top. The bathroom had been redone, very clean. Also, had a coffee pot, and complimentary coffee and creamer and sugar. The room was quiet, even though it was off a busy street. They also had a large screen LG TV. They had reading lamps by the bed, and special plugins for your phone, iPad or watch. It is walking distance to Stonewood Mall and many restaurants. Location was great for our event, and would definitely stay there again.

Lighting could have been a little better, but I am a senior citizen so I may like it brighter than some. The bed is high, I needed my husband to give me a hand getting in bed. Lol! The bed was so comfortable I slept through the night.They

Location Location Location I loved. Everything you need was right there. Close to family who I came to visit. The bed was very comfortable. I love how it was comfortable feeling in the room. Would recommend. I would stay again.

The only thing I didn't care for was the toilet was too low. I have really bad knees. Need the toilet to be a little higher. And the floor wasn't moped .as an former custodian I observe a lot of things that was my job to make sure everything was on point.

I loved how it’s surrounded by things to do, places to go. Loved how spacious the room was, very comfortable for my son,the bed was so comfortable and pillows so soft.

I didnt like how there was construction going on right in front of the hotel almost the entire night, I kept wanting to open the window a little to let air in but when i did you could hear everything.

NO BREAKFAST THERE BUT THE HONEY BUNS IN LOBBY WERE GREAT. STAFF FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL WHEN HAD TROUBE WITH TV, ATTENTION WAS GIVEN IMMEDIATELY TO RESOLVE PROBLEM. STAYED THERE BEFORE AND WILL AGAIN.

A little more in "breakfast" area would have been nice but it was as advertised so can't complain.

Customer service could be a little friendlier. We got there late in the night and they were not very friendly.

Nice size upgraded room with a couch and chairs in the sitting area. The laminate flooring is a plus also. Centrally located.

Somewhat of a hassel about getting additional towels during my 3 day stay, and the towel rack came loose in the bathroom. Noise from street traffic.

close to where I needed to be. staff was friendly enough. no bells or whistles just good for a one night stay. very clean. room was nicer than I expected though.

Can hear sounds from outside. Shower head was spraying water all over the place. There was a funky sewage smell near the door and heater.

Ask when you check-in for the wifi password if you need it. I assumed it was written somewhere but it wasn't. The blinds didn't black out the room

Very clean rooms only thing was when I booked it said breakfast included but when we arrived they said no breakfast do to COVID . They should remove that info.
