The staff is very nice and welcoming when you arrive. We had one issue with the toilet paper holder and in speaking with one of the staff members, she advised it would be immediately fixed and by the time we got back to the hotel room, it was fixed! Loved the free drink tickets which was a nice touch to the trip! We love how it's conveniently located to shops, restaurants and the Saturday farmer's market!

The breakfast was not long enough and the lines were so long, we opted out to go to eat breakfast outside of the hotel. They advised the breakfast was 6 am to 9 am and by 8:00-8:15 (around when people woke up), it was packed. Our room did not have enough towels and had to request more. The biggest issue we had though was with the shower where the floor was EXTREMELY slippery. We had to put a towel down just so we could feel comfortable and not slip. That needs a big change because it's tile.

It’s in a convenient location. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was great. We especially appreciated the made to order omelets. The rooms were clean and the furniture was comfortable.

It didn’t bother us but there were signs of age. Some worn and torn fabric on the desk chair and some rust on the bathroom door hinge. There was a large gap under the door and noise from the lobby could be heard in the front room, but with the bedroom door closed we couldn’t hear as much noise.

The property is centrally located to everything; shopping, restaurants and overall, a great city! We stay at this property every time we visit.

The only negative is the hours of the breakfast. The hours open at 6 am and most people aren’t even up until 7-7:30. The crowds are lined up anywhere between 8-8:30 when breakfast technically closes at 9 am. We ended up not having breakfast all 3 days because by time we got there, the line was wrapped around the wall.

I was so very pleased with the location! Everything I needed was at my fingertips including banking. The staff was wonderful. They worked diligently to ensure the convenience of my check in as I was in the area for bereavement purposes. Staff did everything they could to accommodate my grieving circumstance, and I really appreciated that. It included an upgrade to your premier floor, which was just wonderful. It’s served to ease my mind and help me to relax, intern, helping me to have a wonderful experience, even though the occasion for me was Grevious. I only wished I could have stayed an additional day just to wind down from my experience. ;)

The property was beautiful and engaging. If I were to express a complaint, it would be that there were no outside areas of the property to enjoy. There were no private areas to enjoy the outdoors. Other than that everything about the location was just beautiful. It was very clean. Oh, all the staff from cooking to housekeeping to front desk exemplified a customer service second to none. I say this because my only stay whenever I am away from home is Embassy suites. I enjoyed a location in Florida and you out right them in my opinion. My only other complaint would be breakfast. Although it was excellent, as far as service and Cuisine, the limitation of food was disappointing. In other words, you could only have one helping. Also, there was no bacon on the menu.

Lovely clean hotel and really comfortable rooms and beds. We had a decent breakfast, although the queue for the egg station always seemed to be long... worth the wait though :-)

We had our 7 year old sharing our room, which was on the booking. When asked about the sofa bed being made up for him, we were told to do it ourselves and sent a bag of sheets. This involved pulling the sofa apart to get the bed out and fully making it up with the sheets, pillow cases and blankets... I do not think I have ever been asked to make up a bed up in a hotel before!

I enjoyed my room and the fact that the pool was open until midnight. Overall I enjoyed my stay, and also the option to checkout late.

I’m a cleaner so seeing a lot of high touch places not properly cleaned was a turn off. My toilet kept making noises! I can tell they did a rush job on cleaning and not thinking about the germs and diseases floating around. Not to mention I didn’t have any face towels or floor towel in my room. Only two big ones and one medium one.

The hotel is located in a calm and quiet business area. Around many shops, writers, commercial centers. All the rooms of the hotel overlook the impressive view of the LA Valley. The staff is pleasant and always ready to help, the breakfasts are varied. Good vibes. Paid parking but relatively inexpensive

Good breakfast, Omelette made to order. Room was nice and big. Enjoyed the pool with the kids.

Couldn't figure out how to turn on some of the lamps, weird configuration or maybe broken bulbs? The sheats on the sofa bed were very wrinkly/untidy so wasn't sure if they had actually been changed since last guest (hopefully though). Only two big towels for two adults two kids. The free evening reception didn't have anything for kids and the snacks were just crackers /chips, so don't bother going if you travel as family.

Staff was wonderful. Centrally located for my needs. Breakfast was not only included, but really good, staff was exceptional.

Costs and structure were not clear in booking (i.e. parking, deposit hold). There could've been more clarity prior to booking. Asked to have a charge put on a card, it was charged to the room, even though it was signed as if it was a credit. I have to call and make sure I wasn't charged twice. It's a bit tedious not living near hotel.

LOVED This hotel! Everything about it was awesome. It was spacious, modern, clean a really nicely designed. There seemed to be a lot of people checking in when we checked in but it was still quiet when inside our room. We were given free drinks when we checked in who doesn't love that?!! With the drinks we decided to eat dinner at the hotel restaurant instead of going out like we had planned and The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious the service was great.

We liked everything!The only small improvement I would make would be to the bed. A little firm for my taste but still my husband and I slept great and look forward to when we can come back.
