A great, clean hotel for a quick stop in LA. The room was in good condition and the complimentary breakfast was wonderful! You also have multiple places for takeout food within 1-2 blocks from the hotel. They have a private parking garage that is right below the hotel and charged a reasonable price of $20/night. The staff was kind and very helpful when I forgot an item in the room after checking out. They were helpful in shipping it back to me, although it took a couple of follow up calls to ensure they had received the prepaid shipping label and sent it out.

The only minor complaint is that the floors in the room’s entrance and bathroom were sticky. Not sure if this is due to the floor’s top coating.

Rosie and Ana were exceptional at the front desk when we checked in. Extremely kind and accommodating! Our rooms weren't ready when we arrived which was expected, but they did their best to get us into one as soon as they were ready. We had a lot of luggage that they held for us while we waited and left to get breakfast, and Rosie had such a sweet and helpful personality making us feel less like we're making more work for her even though I knew we were. Oh - the rooms, lobby, and hallways were VERY clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

We requested a shuttle to LAX so the front desk woman (who was very nice, btw) called a Lyft for us. I told her that we are a family of 7 with a lot of luggage so we needed a large vehicle, not just an uber. The driver that came for us only had a Chevy Traverse which was not big enough to fit all of us plus our luggage. We made do and squished everything in, but it was a very unpleasant experience. Not sure if that was an issue from the front desk or the Lyft request.

Lyft to hotel was easy and quick...about $27. A quick 4 minute drive fron LAX. Quick check in. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

The in house.restaurant needs help. Service is great but the food quality is almost inedible. I had a hamburger which was a slab of dried out beef patty with a side of chips. No fries on the menu. Ordered cheesecake for desert. What a mistake. Yuck! I wish I had just ordered take out.

its a new hotel very clean and well maintained. the front desk was nice. the room we got was big and spacious as i expect from a hampton hotel. it was clean and well lit, nice interior and smelled very good. the bed was comfortable not springy. i saw the indoor pool which looked nice. breakfast was also good lots of food. over all i would defenitely stay here again!

Excellent location to LAX with wonderful service. Everyone was friendly and attentive. The small dishes in the lounge were delicious, quite generous, fresh, hot and affordable. Happy hour well drinks were also a good deal. We rented a car for 2 days and saw many sites within an hour or so drive of the location. Will definitely stay again!

I am spoiled with a memory foam mattress so I don’t like spring mattresses. We still slept fine.

The room was very comfortable and everything was very clean and organized!

The check-in service was not good! They couldn't find my reservation and after about 10 minutes they managed to resolve it, but so far I don't know why. My luggage was in a room since early and the attendant preferred to serve other people than give me permission to remove my bags. I went to borrow a wine opener and it looked like I did something wrong. It was just to open a bottle! It all got very strange. Sometimes there's just one training left and that kind of thing won't happen anymore. I passed by many hotels in these 30 days in California and this was the only one that made us upset with the type of service.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast, big and comfy rooms, walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. They gave us the possibility of late check-out, which was very convenient for our flight schedule, so very grateful for that.

Everything was great, if I had to pinpoint something would be the availability of a shuttle from/to the airport, it wasn't available but it would be very convenient.

The room was really nice and comfortable and had a lot of space. The bathroom was clean and big as well. I like this hotel and I recommend it if you want to stay near the airport. Beaches are not reachable by walking unless you want to walk for more than 30min. The area is nice and I felt safe in overall.

On the second booking, on different days, the room was much smaller than the first one and booked the same model. So not all the rooms are big as I expected.

I chose this location due to airport proximity, which worked out well. Breakfast was standard "waffles, cereal, and juice" fare. The room was nice. A bit tight for a double queen, but it would be comfortable if configured as a King room. Excellent bedding and plenty of towels.

Paid $17.50 per day for parking. Twice the gate didn't work, once going in, the other time leaving out. I had to leave the car and go stand in the check in line to get them to come out and raise the gate. As we were loading our bags at check out, I found the Tesla parked near us had the rear windows broken out.

The airport shuttle had been discontinued from the time I booked our 5 rooms for 10 seniors going on a cruise the next day. Nevertheless, the hotel provided Lyft transportation at their expense from and to the airport, however it was very stressful to learn this after we had already landed at the airport. The hotel was 1.2 miles from LAX, and with all the confusion, it took nearly four hours to get from the airport to the hotel. The trip back to the airport the following morning went much more smoothly.

The communication about the airport shuttle being discontinued could have been better.
