Super big room, looooved the bathroom, big TV and a comfy bed, with thick curtains, perfect for an amazing night's rest (or any time of day actually). The roof deck has perfect views of plane landings which, as a plane spotter, I absolutely loved. Very close to the airport, with a free shuttle. Will definitely be staying there again!

The roof deck has an amazing view but looks a little abandoned. I went there 3 days in a row and the same old water bottles were there, like no one cleans up that area. The rest of the hotel was perfectly clean.

the particular member of staff checking us in was disinterested, did not give any information and barely made eye contact - instead he continued his conversation with his colleague. this gave a poor impression of an otherwise excellent hotel with a great bar and restaurant. all other staff we encountered were great.

This was the second time staying at this hotel. I like how close it is to the airport. They have shuttle service to the airport but we opted out by walking since the shuttle runs every 15-25 mins. Walking took us 10 mins to get there. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. This time around it was much quieter than the first time we stayed here. I think since this time we weren’t facing the street. Last time the construction started way too early, like 4am. I would come back again.

The workers here are hit or miss. Some are really friendly and I have overheard them give other guests info about the hotel. Both times ours have been short, not very friendly and no information given on all the amenities, shuttle information, restaurant or rooftop. Being that they are in the customer business they should take more pride in their job. Plus, hotel prices aren’t cheap to skimp on customer service.

I really appreciated the help from the lovely lady on the front desk, Shannon. She was really kind, considerate, and professional in helping me resolve the issues when checking in. Bed was comfortable. The room service was great Management was accommodating.

First, I had to wait almost an hour for the free shuttle from LAX to the hotel. Very stressful after a 13 hr long haul flight to the USA. Second, I was not informed of the $300 security bond. Way too excessive. Thirdly, I was given the wrong room key number. As the phone by elevators was not functioning, I had to struggle all the way back down to reception, with heavy luggage for the correct key.

The location was perfect to everywhere we went. It was close enough to the airport, but the noise of the airplanes wasn’t as bad we thought it would be. It has everything around it, from banks, gas stations, target, fast food. The roof top was perfect to hangout and watch the planes. The room was the perfect size and the staff was SO sweet. The coffee shop and restaurant IN the hotel were amazing as well.

I honestly don’t have anything I didn’t like about this hotel.

The food was great, I mean those wings- I hope I could take them with me everywhere absolutely delicious, the rooms were very comfortable and we had the room as asked for in the booking. Really great location if you’re staying a short period of time. The In n Out is really near by so for us planespotting fanatics, it is great to be near the action.

I asked a man working in the front desk for two bowls and two spoons so my husband and I could enjoy our dinner upstairs, he was fairly rude about it and never helped us. Thankfully we called room service and they kindly told us to go downstairs to the restaurant for it! All in all, we all have bad days, and that was the only hiccup for our stay

LOVED the safety of the elevators and in this post-covid world loved how….for the most part….I was the only person in the elevator. Also, Dean and Jasmine at the Front Desk were wonderful and Elsa the Bartender was so wonderful

Like any hotel I have ever been in my entire life, I still have yet to find a hotel where when I walk into the bathroom I do not see black hairs. I’ve said all my life I don’t know why hotels nationwide do not institute mandatory hairnets for housekeeping. I saw black strangly hairs in the room where the toilet was, short hairs on the shower floor, short hairs around the sink. This is not Hilton in general, this is every hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life. Housekeepers need to wear hairnets, period

Comfortable and well eqipped room - good location to airport.

In today's day and age, WiFI is mandatory and that you charge a premium for some decent speed is atrocious. Instead, why not add a few pennies to your room rate and include it. Stop nickel and dime-ing people.
