I love this place it was perfect for our stay the lady at the desk let us stay at the pool a little longer after check out for the kids to play a little longer before the parents were all ready for the drive ahead thank you so much for that! definitely stay here again every thing is 5-10 minutes away

Decent rooms, Monica was a very nice front desk person to work with. She was also on top of all her tasks and organized. Cable TV, temperature control.

The staff member Monica was training was giving me weird looks and vibes. Possibly because I am a solo female traveler which I do not appreciate. Or he's not good at customer service. The shower did not drain quickly so I'm standing in shower water as I showered. Towels were rough but I have back up. Wish I had back up blankets as those were thin.

Comfortable bed, the swimming pool, lots of parking spaces

The WiFi didn't work. We always especially look for a hotel with WiFi, however, here it didn't work at all. In the USA and especially near a big city it shouldn't be difficult to supply this. At the checkout I mentioned it and the assistant only acknowledged it at the second time with: I heard you. This was not customer friendly.

Room was spacious. Staff was helpful. Bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable. Mini fridge was very cold. Location was withing 3 miles of everything you could need. Parking was ample. The whole staff was friendly. Although the hotel sits far in the back the area felt pretty safe

I had been camping for two weeks and booked this room just to get a good shower but when I arrived I had to wait on maintenance to fix the heat in my room and they had not given me the towels I requested. It was a bit of a let down.

it was quiet & clean & the staff was very polite & helpful. I travel often & work in the Bay Area 3 days a week. Monica at the front desk was so professional. I told her about my other horrible stays at another property, & she said she would make sure my stay here wouldn’t be that way. Now, I like it so much, I have booked my next 4 weeks here in advance. I’m sure this place will continue to be my go to when I am in the area. Thank You Monica.

The guy who checked me in was really awesome and funny and we had a good time better than the 1st time experience when I was at that hotel he was really nice and sweet

There was long black hairs on the wall and the door on the back of the bathroom it was disgusting it's disgusting just saying this place is a nice place but that was gross that the housekeepers do not do that and the toilet paper roll kept breaking off because of the paper holder wasn't fastened right or broke either way it didn't work I mean really if you're going to clean a place clean it the black hair on the bathroom door and the wall in the behind the door it's just gross and I was in room 129

Parking was occupied by some construction machinery and was not possible to find a space

Comfortable and very affordable... Nice and clean.. really simple but has the things needed! I liked the fact that it has a refrigerator... I usually stay for 3 or more days so that's the best part!

location can’t be beaten, clean, friendly and helpful stuffs ,great price.

the AC controller not working the first night, no spare comforter and no night light for the restroom, either use the noisy restroom night or super bright hallway light. brought myself a night light at the dollar store and problems solved.

the housekeeping here is the best I’ve had yet. Rooms are in excellent condition and the exterior part of the entire hotel is always extremely clean. cleaner the the Marriotts I’ve been to in the area.This place is at better price and better then all the places I’ve been to in I this area. I’ve been coming here for 5 months now for work with my family and this one is definitely our favorite.
