Location was great for our needs. Staff was extremely helpful in sorting out any issues we encountered.

Older and somewhat dated. There were some issues with room assignments and maintenance issues. Hot tub wasn’t working. Biggest complaint is that the toilets are lower than the bathtub!! We about killed ourselves! I couldn’t accept the disability room that I booked because of allergies to animal hair, and the disabled rooms are all on the pet floor, which makes sense but there should be some accommodation for those with disabilities and allergies!

Good location for food options. Easy access to the highway. The pool was nice but unfortunately the hot tub was out of service. We haven’t had breakfast yet but are excited to have it as on option. All staff that we interacted with were kind and professional

Everything was great, with minimal issue. We realized late in the evening that the tub wasn’t draining. With the lateness, and since it wasn’t an emergency, it wasn’t fixed until the morning. Since we only stayed one night this was a little of an inconvenience. But not the end of the world

Loved the drapes, kept the daylight out in the morning. Also appreciated Netflix connected to the TV.

Bathtub had a drip leak going the whole visit. Not sure how well the room was cleaned ahead of time if the leak had been going before we checked in. The ADA railing in the bathtub also rusted off the wall. I'm very glad we didn't need it because if we did, we would have fell. AC constantly ran, no off switch. 2nd floor ice vendor was broken, no sign instructing where to go for ice. Pool floor cracked, pieces of cement were coming up in water. Hot tub broken.

I like that the property is in a business area so it’s in a quiet surrounding area, makes us feel at ease as far as car break ins. the breakfast is always a plus!!

the only thing that we were upset about and didn’t like about our stay this time was that there was a dirty spot in one of our beds. we had slept our family of 5 on 1 bed and didn’t tell the front desk until the morning when checking out.

All the staff were awesome, the hotel was clean and fresh. The rooms were big, they gave us two room right next to each other which was nice! The beds were super comfy, the pillows were nice. Lots of towels were in the room plus they had pool towels that were place in a place easily found. It was nice to find out that breakfast was included with our stay. Breakfast was small but everything was fresh!

Nothing, this is great, hotel and I will stay here again!

The e property is nice, but need a emergency kit. I accidentally paper cut my fingers and ask the front staff. if they have a band aid. but sad to say they don’t have it.

Nice hotel. I was able to do a meeting online at night with no problem in the hall. The breakfast was ok and coffee was available all the time. The location is just near the highway and it's easy to reach. The room is bigger than most.

Perhaps the carpet wasn't very clean in the room.

That we was put on the pet floor the room across the way had dogs they kept they door open and the whole hallway and our room smelled like dogs!

The breafast was great! The rooms were super clean and I loved how that the shower head can be detached. The jacuzzi and pool was clean and open! Beds were comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly.
