Everything was good. My rooms tv wasn't working and without hesitation I was moved to another room

What I didn't like was the security deposit. I didn't know there was one as it wasn't mentioned when I used booking.com and then when I asked for my deposit I got a.. "um deposit? Did we even take one from u? " I got it back but still don't try to rip people off.

I enjoyed the friendly family staff, there is a subway downstairs easy access on the property, well lite parking lot, nice clean pool to swim for the summer, great internet service, microwave clean runs great same with the refrigerator, and plenty of tv channels to choose from. Perfect place to stay especially when you have fog in the valley and it's not safe to drive home that's an hour away from work.

At this time, I really can't think of anything. Maybe the fact we need to have more hotels like this family friendly owners around here. Oh, I forgot to mention that the bottom lock worked perfect with the card, but the top hinge lock was missing the knob that prevents extra protection from opening the door. Thats about it.

I came by Amtrak train and the station is only 6 minutes away walking with my luggage. The main FAX BRT bus 1 has two bus stops only 1 block away. One stop is going north and the other is going south. The main local bus terminal area is about a 10 minute walk. There is a Subway sandwich shop on site, although posted hours are not adhered to (they close early) and they close on Sunday. If you need a sandwich between 10am and 5pm you should be able to get one. Its a 20 minute walk to Chuckchansi Park to watch the Grizzlies minor league baseball. So the motel is centrally in downtown Fresno.

The clients were rude: guy next door had to be outside at 6am in the morning talking on cell phone, another client warming up his car at 6am in the morning for half an hour, a couple got in fight and broke a window, there was shouting and the cops came, another client talking to much at 6am in the morning while playing music. Doesn't anybody respect anybody else? If you are in a motel you are usually on a fun trip (vacation, having fun) and you may want to sleep late and enjoy some peace and quiet. I talked to the manager and he agreed with me on many of these points.

Everything was great no problems greated and staff except one gentleman was great.

That the ice machine was broken ! Wrong time to have it broke in this heat no good . Oh yeah and they kept $20 from my deposit . But whatever.

this is a clean older property with rooms on the bottom floor and very easy to access for me as I am blind. Right next door is a Subway for a sandwich. It was quiet the staff were so pleasant. I got a great value here

The room was excellent very clean and neat. Everything was there that I needed like like iron and hair dryer since I forgot mine at home. There was plenty of towels. The AC was working perfectly and would get cool quickly especially during summer. The beds are very comfortable and it's a very pretty quiet place to stay at. I like how there's a pool to go inside especially if you have kids. Overall it was the best experience especially. I'm definitely coming back to this hotel when my family and I come visit and need to stay at a hotel for the weekend. Because the previous one at a motel 6 was super bad and scary but here I slept very well and was not afraid.

It had a microwave and mini fridge. A/C worked fine and it has a Subway connected to it.

The price was a bit much more than I had anticipated but because of my situation I am had no other recourse.

Clean and quiet this time. The place had about 20% occupancy. Last time I came it was crazy (arguments, broken window, police, rude and loud neighbors, car running at 6am for about 45 minutes). It was a disaster, even the owner said, people come here and want to have fun. This time it was so quiet.

Generally very clean and comfortable, and front desk clerk was super friendly.

Just a couple of minor inconveniences: a couple of the dresser drawers wouldn't stay shut, and had to dispose of a tiny cockroach found crawling on the wall.

I really enjoyed how friendly and comforting the front desk gentleman was. He really made our welcoming feel exceptional.

Front desk area could use some new furniture lol but thats all.
