I enjoyed making my own waffle. Breakfast was fantastic. I loved the beautiful spacious room. I was able to focus on important work close to the venue. Room was quiet.

I reserved a taxi in the morning but the taxi was 40 min late and got me anxious. The taxi company made the mistake of arranging it 30 min later, but the staffs could have helped a little more about me getting more and more worried that I would miss my flight. They helped only when I asked several times. Showing care would've been ever better.

We recently stayed here and it was a great experience for us! The person who checked us in, Steven Ramos, was extremely accommodating and understanding of our circumstances (we were traveling with our child with autism/other disabilities) and he did his best to place us in a room where my son wasn't exposed to noise. He was extremely kind and beyond ADA compliant. Also, the hotel was very beautiful, well kept and within walk distance to a lot of great places. Definitely would recommend and will be staying there every time I visit the LA area.

I liked everything... except on day 2, for breakfast there were no meat options.

It is a new hotel, but built in traditional style. Rooms are huge, kind of mini-apartments with kitchens, but still with the comfort of a hotel room. Walking distance from Americana. Neighborhood is peaceful.

Two easily fixable things: - Instead of playing loud pop music in the lobby, play slightly lower classical or lounge music - Drop the covid breakfast. All other hotels I have stayed at have returned to normal breakfast now, so seems strange when this hotel hasnt. This is fine to do given the other safety precautions at the property to have regular cutlery and contents on the breakfast.

The room was modern and comfortable and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were everything we needed. The hotel was very nice and in a great location. I am staying again in a few months and look forward to going back.

Our body wash was empty upon arrival. The pillows were a bit too soft for my liking.

The room was beautiful and spacious. The breakfast was delicious, well stocked, and tasted fresher than most hotel breakfasts (and they're actually doing free breakfast in the mornings! It's hard to find these days). The location was perfect for work and entertainment. Felt safe and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating as well, especially the lady at breakfast, she greeted every guest with great energy.

The breakfast wasn’t great. Aside from the fact that they constantly ran out of items, they offered the same wet eggs and sausages.

Hotel was really clean. Rooms were great size. Staff were all friendly & attentive. Great location with shops, restaurants, & freeway access close by

The parking garage gate was t working with room key, so always had to use call front desk button. Wasn’t repaired during our Fri-Sun stay.

Honestly I can not think of one thing. It was everything it said it was.

Everything was so clean, nice parking even though there was a fee which is $35 per day not $25 like your booking site promotes. Nice breakfast.

Spacious room with kitchen -fridge, microwave, and stove top- bar seating, big bathroom, good storage and surface space.

Only place to refill a water bottle was in gym.
