Accommodating staff: they actually gave me a room where it was less noisy, no smoking, cleaned, very peaceful and parking was extremely friendly safe with curfew of doors locking to avoid other people coming in! Cameras everywhere made me feel very good also. I want to emphasize customer service because I drove for 12 hours to get here and my mom drove 20 and we literally stopped here to just get sleep for the next 8 hour drive to get home. I’m so happy and will definitely stay here again if ever in LA!

The parking was surcharge of $15 for my accompanied guest. Also, the only entrance is the main lobby. If you lost your key, you will be charged; I usually keep a key as a “memory” of a trip. There are no elevators in the parking lot. Not enough carts for luggage.

Gated parking access was a bit confusing and a bit of a walk. Not bad, but something to keep in mind if you have a lot of luggage.

Per booking.com, shuttle service was there but when I called the hotel from LAX, I was told that no such service is available.

The check in was quick and the man (Jose) checking us in was very friendly and provided all the amenities for that place. The room was spacious and it had a kitchenette. The shower had Dove products. The hotel is in a good location, close to LAX and food places.

Right next door they are doing construction which starts at like 7am- the hotel has no control but that was a bummer.

The room was clean and big enough. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We knew about free parking, but free coffee/tea and laundry were a pleasant surprise.

The location is convenient, but by the streets' appearance, you could tell that this is not the best LA district.

Clean and quiet. Easy distance from the airport. Staff were very helpful. There were several inexpensive places to eat within walking distance. Relatively inexpensive on Superbowl weekend! 🙂

This is an extended stay hotel, so it had a lot of features we could not use, like a full refrigerator, cooking surface and sink. Not a bad thing, just not relevant to us.

I appreciate the front desk always being nice! They are always most helpful and kind.

In the mornings housekeeping can look so bothered sometimes. As a hotel everyone is a whole and 1 team so although the front desk is awesome with customer service housekeeping should at least say good morning to passing guest.

Everything, is affordable and very central, we really liked our room.

It smelled like hot cup noodles everytime we entered the room, but it was fine haha :)

Maria at the front desk was very helpful very sweet and I appreciated all her help very much we ended up staying an extra night and she was very accommodating and let us stay in our same room. Out of all the places that we’ve stayed in the area and even in Los Angeles this hotel was extremely well run clean comfortable and quiet and I have no complaints

It was far away from main attractions, but I was in LA for some concerts in Sofi and it was very easy to get to the stadium and come back. The metro station is also very close and if you don’t have a car, it allows you to get to all the attractions in DTLA, Hollywood, Santa Monica and other places.

There was nothing I didn’t like.
