Continental breakfast was excellent location of very nice also I thought the gym was clean and convenient I enjoyed using it

I didn't like the fact that I had to leave the room when house cleaning came in that was kind of inconvenient and I also had a problem with the wife lie

Room carpet smells bad.

I like the location. It is walking distance to a general merchandise store. It’s near the freeways and many food places. The property itself has a beautiful lobby, with great sitting spaces. The art they use on their walls are tributes to Hayward and other well known Bay Area places and attractions. Lastly, we enjoyed the continental breakfast.

There was only two things I noticed. The first one is how easily you can hear any noise made from the hallways. The sounds penetrate the room easily. The second issue was the water pressure. We were in room 346 and my children agreed that the water pressure was horrible. It hurts your skin.

The room and the lobby are great especially if traveling for work. I’m not a breakfast eater so I can’t express about that but they did leave out tea, lemon water and apples through the day which is a nice gesture. The lobby is a good place to study or get work done as it’s big enough to not be bothered by guest.

The gym was good but it was lacking cleaning supplies and the cable machine was broken on the right side. Also maybe adding some stretching mats would be great for floor work. I stayed on the far side of the building so wifi became an issue due to the distance from the base which made me have to use the lobby to connect to the wifi. The front desk overnight gentleman was ok but not too professional when I asked for help, I think because of the assumption that we were the same age. Good guy just maybe a little better customer care would be beneficial for elevating the workplace.

We asked for a disability room on the ground floor and got it. The room was clean and comfortable. We were right across from the laundry, so we were easily given extra towels and a blanket. Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.

The disability bathroom had a walk-in shower with no lip. The water ran all over the bathroom floor. The sink area was too small to hold our cosmetics. No convenient place to hang a hand towel. We were glad the laundry staff were right across the hall to give us extra towels to clean up the water.

there was a terrible sound from the water pipes in the building in the area of rooms 245 and 246, unfortunately this happened in the night hours, perhaps people were showering? This occured in august 23 and I do think they were planning to repair it. The entrance doors were not working properly, please ask a company to repair this, it is not nice to enter a building where the doors are jammed/ squeezing. They should open smoothly and invite you in the building.

I really enjoy the location. Because everywhere me my girlfriend wanted to go we were able to and it was not a long journey.

Honesty the only thing me and my girlfriend didn't like was out keys didn't work all the time for our room or to get back and forth into the hotel It was really frustrating but at the same time I did not go to the front desk so that was my fault.

The premises were very clean, bright and nicely decorated. The rooms were very clean and the carpet was nice throughout. The breakfast was very decent and the housekeepers were very nice. I know I'm saying very a lot but I have been staying in many hotels and motels recently and this was just a place that I had no complaints about.

Some of the ice machines weren't working and you had to go down to the first floor to get ice.

I was with a muslim friend, she had to stay in the receiving area in the evening or night as she had virtual seminar to attend so she won’t disturb my aunt and cousin who were already sleeping in our room. The receptionist on duty that night said my friend is not allowed to stay there. She was staying in the lobby for few nights already, but this is the first time it happened to her. She felt discriminated. So she reported the incident to the receptionist on duty the next day and one local white guy who was concern advise her to inform the manager. She reported the incident after few days coz it’s weekend. The manager who was very accomodating informed her that the they will talk to the staff. Over all, most of the staffs were very good.
