Very good room. Standard sort of business type room done very well. Nice bed and pillows and very good aircon. Staff were superb. For example, I got of a bus one evening after the baseball and my wallet dropped out of my pocket. When I got to the hotel I realized this and since the keycard was absent I had to go the front desk. When the staff heard of this and the potential calamity it was, they strode into action. Both of them made calls to the police and bus company. When there was no answer from the bus company, one of the staff members rushed out to her car to catch the bus and retrieve my wallet. Above and beyond normal customer service. These people cared.

The hotel advertised an on-site restaurant, but, it was not running on the days I was there. Check this if its something you require.

no restaurant for dinner available on weekends. wish they offered breakfast w a la carte menu (or complimentary continental breakfast) as I do not prefer buffet-style breakfast foods. I found a Starbucks close by and purchased breakfast there. also, when I left to find breakfast, my room was cleaned and the leftovers (for my lunch that day) were taken away so I had to find a place for lunch during my conference.

Breakfast was great.Location is excellent! And, it’s close to shopping shall I say there’s Union Landing for shopping or activities like the movies you can almost get anything there . And, your staff are professional and very friendly! Even the housekeepers are helpful and very clean rooms so of course I will be back. BRAVO!!’👍PS The pool was great too.

Very nice and comfortable beds. Clean. Two of the shifts of employees in reception were excellent. Over all a good stay.

Difficult to get good temperature in room without a noisy air con switching on and off all night. One of shift in reception was unskilled, and totally lacking of friendliness and dress code. Not unfriendly, just flat and seemed like she did not like her job. Breakfast wasn't much to brag about. Carpets seemed dirty and very worn.

Room was good sized, clean, and comfortable. Bathroom vanity countertop had good space. It was in a good location for our stay with a really nice shopping area called Union Landing.

Meal(s) were not included and the food prices in their restaurant were a little high. They were a little "light" on soaps (one tiny little hand soap).

The location of the hotel was convenient and easy to find. The rooms were clean and quiet at night.

I booked a room with breakfast, but the front desk didn't remind me when checking in, so I missed breakfast the next morning.

Bed and linens were comfortable. Everything was clean and nothing needed repair. No "shabbiness" check in staff were exceedingly efficient, friendly and helpfu.

We didn't do breakfast, we thought $15 per person was a lot. Best Western does an elaborate breakfast that is free. We like the room and the view of the water creek. Having a small couch n table in room was great.

We did not like that there is no microwave in the room. The unsupervised children running in the hallway. The fact we could not fully open the window to get the fresh outside air.

The room was clean and spacious. The location was excellent, you can catch the freeway less than a minute away. Overall definitely worth the price we paid.
