The property has good location as well as provide an apartment for full living with kitchen. Property manager Milena was very kind and was very friendly.

Check booking service fee before booking because the property cost was around $300 for 2 nights, but eventually I paid $475. The property owner explained it was because of booking fee and local tax, but it hasn't showed in the beginning.

Location was great! Short drive to USC. Walkable distance to DTLA to go to Perch restaurant. 2 Starbucks nearby. Discount grocery store-ish in basement was convenient. Apartment complex features were nice (roof top, fitness ctr, pool) and a parking space came with the rental which was key! Contact person was fantastic. Spacious apartment had basic amenities. We were happy with our stay.

Synthetic Sheets & big pillows were not great. Carpet could use a cleaning. Building walls are thin, but it wasn't a problem. TV confusing.

really big two bedroom. great place to stay with a toddler. or traveling with a couple because there is two full bathrooms. they provided a pack and play. In the master bedroom there is a walk in closet for them to sleep in. nice and dark! we enjoyed using the facilities outside of the room. we used the roof deck, pool, gym, fire pit. having grocery outlet and Starbucks right there was wonderful. really friendly staff and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. walking distance to DTLA and metro.

beds were very uncomfortable, very hard. could use a little more furniture in the living room. extra set of keys.

Apartment was fine and clean. A few things need to be done but was comfortable.

The area I didn't like. The area was dirty, homeless everywhere and I didn't feel safe of a night time. I would never stay In that area again. I wouldn't take my children there.

close to the staples center, Grammy museum and other attractions. good security. close food. balcony. laundry in unit. grocery in building. Starbucks 3 minutes walk. We were there for a concert and really enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

could use some art. very stark. although it says parking pass on the card I missed that it had to stay in the car to open the parking garage just for those of us that are less attentive 😉.

Clean modern place with a full kitchen

No shipment delivery service so cant do online shopping like Amazon.

Host was extremely responsive. Very easy to contact and check-in was a breeze. We had a maintenance issue which was corrected the same day. Everything was functional and they left waters and hard-seltzer for us in the fridge (probably a previous guest's).

Referring to this apartment as a "penthouse" is a definite oversell. It's a fine place but my expectations were sky-high and this was just a two-bedroom apartment not even on the top floor. They advertise a private pool but what they mean is that it's private to the apartment complex. I don't love round-up marketing. The A/C worked but wasn't well balanced. The bedroom was hot unless we kept the door open to the common area.

i loved there was a grocery outlet right in the building on ground levels. The amenities were fantastic- the had a gym, swimming pool, fire pit you could hang out and some kind of game/activity room you could use for possibly a gathering/party? i liked how it was all secured and secluded

the location. i didn’t realize the traffic in LA was so bad. Just getting out and back into downtown was very hard driving wise. The apartment was really.. plain? there weren’t any decor so you don’t feel like you’re quite “at-home” but it had the essentials- fridge/freezer, dishwasher, towels/washcloths, washer/dryer, coffee maker, dishes, table and chairs

The apartment was very nice. It had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and it even had a laundry nook inside the apartment. It was modern and the amenities were really nice. The Wi-Fi was very good and the girl checking us in very nice and we had contact on iMessage, which was very nice compared to needing to login to booking.com to ask a question. It was rather quiet which surprised me for Los Angeles. Nice, if you want to have an apartment and not a hotel.

Kind of expensive compared to other situations but all in all a great stay.

The unit was located next to the hospital where my family member was scheduled to receive an out-patient medical procedure, the two-bedroom unit which in located in a secured building, slept 5 adults comfortably, had a living room, dining area, a full kitchen with basic silverware, washer and dryer, covered and parking. Other amenities included a fitness center, rooftop area with a BBQ Grill. The Buiulding also contains a Starbuck, Grocery Outlet, Chipotle and Teriyaki Madness restaurant. Additionally, there are nearby places to get something to eat or drink (all withing a 10 minute walk)

Unfortunately, the Unit only came with one Key Fob for access to the building and facilities, The neighborhood had its fair share of homeless people living on the sidewalks, and because it was right next to a hospital, you can hear the ambulance sirens as they passed by the unit.
