The elevator keypads were very inconsistent, may need to be serviced. When tapping the numbers it would register the wrong number, or the selected number multiple times.

The room was a good size and had a very comfortable bed. We liked having a fridge in the room along with coffee making facilites. Albeit no tea bags!

Well where do I start? Fees - The district fee, Occupancy tax, LATMD assessment (whatever the heck this is), destination fee, and CA tourism assessment fee !!!!!!! This is shocking! The price for the room should be an all inclusive price, In the UK you can stay in a travelodge and get all the same facilites in the room without all these extra taxes and the price you see is the price you pay. Just shocking for Los Angeles!

Good location near subway station, nice spacious room and good in house restaurant.

Location is also full of homeless people and need to be carful especially night time. Hotel is also charging large security fees every time you dine in to secure adequate funds but without checking and or informing customers first. Also hotel charges destination fees in order to make you spend more money on hotel property again without the option to opt out!! Something a hotel of this status shouldn’t do especially for the price you pay to stay!

1. I stayed here 20 years ago and it's still as wonderful as it was back then (although it wasn't a Sheraton). 2. Talk about massive room. Just huge. Super furnishings and extremely comfortable. 3. Good internet. 4. Up to date Smart TV. 5. Concierge and Bell service are outstanding. All of them. The reception staff need to try and match the standard of service of their outstanding Concierge and Bell Service. 6. Breakfast was outstanding. 7. Location just couldn't be better for downtown LA. Macy's and the cinema next door and 15 minute walk to LA Live. 8. I'll be back...

The room was spacious and provided a great view of the city. The restaurant District, which is located inside the hotel, has the most amazing food and drinks. Give them a try!

The shower was a little small but the room was very nice.

My interactions with the staff was stellar! I was in a room that was inundated with the noise from the union and requested a room change and received no arguments. I wish I had written down the names of the two women desk clerks (for lack of a better word) were outstanding>

it was so clean and fresh feeling. the staff was all so very friendly and went above an beyond by sending up champagne for our anniversary. talk about feeling the love. thank you for a wonderful stay.

the only thing that comes to mind is I originally booked here thinking the website says there’s a shuttle that would take us to the dodgers stadium. this wasn’t the case. however we will definitely be back.

Really great stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Could not fault the room. Great location as we could walk to Crypto arena. Plenty of great food options nearby including the hotels own restaurant.

A few not so nice streets around DTLA but to be expected in any city!

Room was very stylish, very clean, I have cleaning business, so I am always inspecting the cleaning and my room was clean and neat. Bedding was clean and bed was very comfortable.

The lady at front desk told me they were taking $200 for deposit, but when I checked my bank statement it was $299, so I'm going to be calling them and finding out what's up with that, she was confusing me about hotel payment etc. Also I did not like that the price jumped from $160 to over $300 for Sat night, so decided to stay in different hotel for Sat night which worked out great, found an even better hotel, 4 star, for great price. Don't like being jacked on the price like that! I already had 2 nights at Sheraton they should have offered me same price rate for Sat. That's not good business, and no way to treat loyal customers!
