Great location, only 2min to The Grove, 15min to Hollywood & Beverly Hills. Central to everything. & very safe & extremely clean & the most welcoming staff.

At times the traffic noise was a little annoying, but not always & it would not put us off from staying again.

Good value, good location, free parking round the back in the shade was very valuable, very clean, was the only place in a 2-week California trip that didn’t make COVID excuses and did full daily housekeeping. We had limited staff interaction but they seemed nice enough. Overall thoroughly recommend.

A bit of street noise at times, mainly early morning, in part from property maintenance. Very light sleepers might want to consider this but we had no issues at all.

The position of the hotel is good because it is located along a main street starting from which it’s easy to go to many L.A. attractions; then, the opportunity to have a free parking in a covered space is really very appreciated; also, the hotel is near a fuel station and very close to a big mall named “The Grove” and another one, equally near, named “Farmers’ Market”. Inside, the hotel has pretty common spaces, the staff is always smiling and collaborative (arriving during the night, we asked for a kettle and we got it the next morning); at our arrival, in the night, the frontdesk man gave us free bottle of water; the room was large and perfectly cleaned, with elegant and new forniture; there was a coffee machine with Lavazza capsule; the bed was large and very comfortable; the floor was in wood.

Absolutely nothing.

This is by far one of my best experiences with a hotel! Location is superb, it’s walking distance from The Grove, La Brea Tar Pits, LA Museum of Arts, Studio City, Melrose Avenue, and many more. The hotel is super clean and the room has a very good size and it’s very comfortable. And if you think it can’t get better, it does! The staff is AMAZING! They are super nice, warm and friendly, they gave me restaurant recommendations, offered me an umbrella as it was raining, we had great conversations and even though I was super early for the check-in, they put an extra effort to get my room ready as fast as they could, so I could have some rest before starting my trip. This hotel is a hidden gem! Do not hesitate and book it now!

I can’t think of anything!

Our room was nice, clean and modern. We had all the necessities for our stay. The location was also good for us - less than 30 minute drive to main sights from the hotel. The hotel also had free parking which was really great for us as we had a rental car. And lastly, the staff was super friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome.

Did not want to go to the pool because it did not look the cleanest for us. Also the walls were kind of thin as we could hear cleaning ladies starting their work in the morning which disrupted our sleep.

We were given the name of this place a rec from a friend and when we pulled in I sent my daughter in to make contact and ask about parking. She was greeted by Billy who is lovely. We parked around back and made our way to the desk. We met Melissa, also a lovely person, and made our way to the room which was super cute and nicely renovated. The location is great. We are from the east coast and are used to walking and public transport and park plaza is in the perfect spot for both. (Down the street from the grove and across the street from the bus.) We stayed for two nights and had a lovely time. The folks at Attitude cafe were great! Topher was very attentive and the food was yummy. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel. Melissa was very helpful and a splendid person. Any questions we had she was eager to answer. When we come back we will def stay here again.

Need more hooks in the bathroom for towels

If I would ever return to LA I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is newly renovated, the room was very clean and nicely furnitured. Hairdryer, shampoo etc all available, the bed was very comfortable. There was a little coffee bar attached to the hotel where you could get breakfast and the Thai restaurant next door was excellent. Going downtown with the Hop On/ Hop Off bus was easy with a stop around 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Next to that is an Open Air Mall with nice shops and restaurants.

The pool could need a renovation and the sight to the backwall of the next house was not nice, it was also a bit noisy from the restaurant. We were out for sightseeing most of the time so this was not really a problem.

This hotel is a gem. It only has two stars, but it really should have more. Every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was meticulously cleaned every day which has become a rarity in hotels. Our room faced out back which made it wonderfully quiet despite the hotel being on a busy avenue. The location is extremely convenient with a bus stop in front of the hotel. Lots of shopping and dining options are within easy walking distance. We can highly recommend Park Plaza Lodge.

Everything was great. if I could make one suggestion it would be to improve the mirror lighting in the bathroom.

Absolutely loved our stay, we felt right at home. The staff were just lovely and so helpful and chatty. Our room was huge and really quiet, so comfortable with a lovely big shower and great lighting. So many drawers and spaces to put things if you wanted to unpack and keep your room tidy, plus a good size fridge which was useful. The coffee machine was really top quality and the toiletries good quality. I loved the room decor and the overall look of the hotel, really stylish but also cosy. The pool area was really nice, shame it wasn't warm enough to use the pool but a lovely sun trap for relaxing. The area was really nice, a short walk or two bus stops to The Grove and Farmer's market and it felt pretty safe for LA. The area behind and opposite was a nice residential area.

A heated pool would have been nice but I'm sure the cost would have to rise so I wouldn't expect it. We couldn't fault the hotel or staff in any way, just perfect.

The property is centrally located near The Grove, LACMA , restaurants and the park. A huge pro for me is to be able to walk everywhere, and not have to get in my car. The staff were fabulous! Every person I talked to was welcoming, warm, engaging and helpful. The room is sleek and clean with a great bathroom /shower. Bed was very comfortable. Safe area and free parking!

Due to its location (On 3rd) and because it was a week/work day, it was quite noisy in the morning. Perhaps it’s more quiet on the weekends. The room doors close with a very loud clank which can be heard throughout the day and night. No bedside lamps.
