I usually always stay at this hotel whenever I'm down in LA for a concert. It's safe, and it's about $9-$11 for an Uber or Lyft to get to downtown. They also offer free parking, which is a huge plus in LA.

Unfortunately, the room we stayed in had no microwave. I'm not sure if this is true for all the rooms, or just for the one we got. So if you have leftovers, or want to re-heat your lunch in the room, you're not able to. However, I do believe I saw a microwave when I was checking-in, in the main office. I'm pretty sure the friendly staff would let you use it. But like I said before, it could have just been my room.

I attended a Conference nearby, so I only spent some time in the evening and night. The room was ample, clean, and comfortable, and it was located in a quiet area. Those were hot days, but the air conditioning worked perfectly. The parking is included in the price but depends on spot availability–I had no problem parking my car. The staff at the lobby were pretty friendly and serviceable. Overall, I spent three comfortable nights at the hotel.

I do not have complaints about the hotel. I cannot complain about the neighbourhood either. It was not particularly clean or illuminated, but it seemed safe. Yet, maybe the location is what makes the hotel's price/quality convenient. It is within walkable distance of the Los Angeles Convention Center, where I attended a Conference, and is otherwise easily accessible by car.

Too many homeless by hotel

The general location was fantastic. We were there for a concert and this hotel was only 10 minutes away from the venue, the area also had a lot of food place and shopping very close by so the need to drive anywhere was non-existent. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean.

The area surrounding the hotel was riddled with trash and homeless, but nobody bothered us, and the trash is kinda expected in LA. Also, the hotel's card machine wasn't working properly, so check-in was kinda a pain, but I understand machines break down.

Great facility at a very convenient cost with free and easy parking in front of the room. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff was nice and available to satisfy all our requests. The area was pretty calm and full of restaurants

Location was a trade-off: close to LA downtown, that we did not expect to be not a great area. Anyway it was easy to reach all the main attractions of the city if you are traveling with a car

Based on the price and look from outside I didn't expect much but the room was nice!!! And huge. Very quiet and privet. Close to food and shopping. We very much plan to stay there again.

The only thing we didn't like it the floor. It looked fine but it u walked on it for ever a short time with out shoes ur feet/shock we BLACK!!! IT WAS DISGUSTING! But it wasn't enough to stop us from staying again, we will just call a head of time and ask them to mop.

The location is within walking distance from Downtown LA and near Wilshire Blvd, which is very convenient if you are wanting to visit Hollywood and Beverly Hills. There is a Metro station about 10 minutes walking distance across from nearby McArthur Park. Getting to and from this hotel without a car is very feasible. It's fairly quiet which is always a plus.

If you're looking for a hotel for a good price that's near downtown LA, then this one is a good choice. I booked this hotel since I was going to attend a concert at the Banc of California stadium. The Lyft ride from this hotel to the venue was about $13.

Nothing, everything was good. The only thing is that the Booking app states that the check out time is 11am - 12pm. However the check out time is until 11am. I woke up and looked at the app too see what the time to check out was, so I thought I had until 12pm to check out. The front desk called at around 11:20am letting me know I was over the check out period. We packed as fast as we could, and the people at the front desk were really nice when I explained to them my mistake. So just as a heads up to other future travelers, the check out time is 11am.

Rooms were nice and clean nice soft bed comfortable slept very well I love the soap dispenser that they had for the shower and bathroom counter good thinking instead of putting soap bar..👍 the only thing is the parking need to have a way to go out instead of bagging out dangerous if a person can't back out the way they're facing to each hotel door..

Cleanliness store close by and restaurants close by I had to go to court and I was only 10 minutes 15 minutes away

The location of the place was BOMB AF ! It was so close to everything we had plan on visiting on our stay . Everything was clean and the guy at the front was so friendly! Would definitely stay here again !!

The floors were a bit slippery .. They had me doing the splits on my way to the bathroom. 😮‍💨💦 and the key wouldn’t work all the time so I would have to be taking it to the front office so they Can i guess reactive it. So don’t keep the hotel key with your other cards … Overall great experience. 😁
