The apartment was beautiful and spacious. There were 4 of us staying here, and it was very comfortable for the week. We booked a one bedroom, which also had a pull-out couch bed and roll-away bed. The kitchen had a wide range of pots, pans, and cutlery to use. The rooftop is also very beautiful, with fairy lights and a lot of space for seating. Overall, the location was pretty good and we had no issues during our stay, it was very comfortable.

Upon check-in, we were met by someone to hand over our keys and show us how to access the doors. However, I wish they gave us some more information, such as how to dispose of garbage (they have trash rooms on each floor, that you have to take it to, which we found out after asking the lobby staff). They also only give one set of towels, which you will need to wash yourself if staying for a prolonged period of time, there is laundry in-unit. However, this was understandable considering it is not a hotel and you are only renting the apartment.

Clean, newer building, spacious, well equipped kitchen, barhroom, on-site garage ($20 per day, must reserve in advance as limited availability), central location to several tourist sights we drove to. Amenities included coffee, tea, cereal, protein drinks. Plenty of soaps, toothbrushes and slippers.

Be aware there is not on-site staff so you have to be in contact with host by phone or text. Remote to TV was missing and it took most of a day to get another one. The one we got stopped working after a couple of hours and probably needed batteries which we were unable to get delivered to us. Not a huge dea,l but don't expect immediate service. Bed a bit soft so we rolled to the middle a bit.

Pro : Apt was clean, no bad smell. AC worked really well. The security system of entering and exiting was also great. Dishes and kitchenware were clean and not cluttering. Free snacks n drinks were a plus. Host Chinar was prompt with replying to questions n concerns.

Con: i couldnt find the vent switch for the restroom. I would lower the thermostat when using , to get ventilation. And toilet paper could be better quality.

Right in the heart of Hollywood and part of the El Centro apartment complex. The apartment is big with a full kitchen which is a bonus. Nice balcony, comfy bed and huge shower. Access to the gym and swimming pool facilities was also great. Lovely internal gardens with tropical plants so lots of greenery which was very pleasing. Quiet apartment and I felt very safe. Just round the corner from Trader Joe's too!

The apartment was quite dark as it was internally facing on a lower floor so you had to have the lights on all day. There were no saucepans at all, just two frying pans and many of the utensils were plastic and melted. A lot of the plates, glasses and cookware I had to wash when I arrived and some were too dirty to touch so I just left them. Looks like someone had punched a big dent in the bathroom door. Throughtout the apartment was looking a bit shabby. Shame the pool wasn't heated in the colder months. Even though the hosts were lovely I asked for a bottle opener and was told that if they had one in another apartment they would bring it to me. Nothing arrived so I presume none of their apartments had one.

It was a great stay! The place is super clean! Check in was easy! Place is in an ideal location and taxis were able to pick us up easily ! Security at front desk! Washing machine and dryer included! Snacks, noodles and dish washer! Best place I have been too so far as they thought of everything we could possibly need.

We were met by Chinar who was very efficient and helpful. The apartment was clean, fresh and well appointed. Everything worked well. Beds were comfortable. 10 min walk to Metro station.

kind of Airbnb. full of things to cook, very clean and the bathroom came with toothbrush, shampoo, etc. very secure. Super quietly, not noisy. good views.

the mattress of the sofa-bed was not very comfy. it was too much thin and “old”

Neighborhood feels unsafe

Don’t think… Just BOOK YOUR STAY W/ CHINAR! WITHOUT HESITATION! 10/10 recommend Chinar’s properties. Apartment is in a cute area in Korea town, lots of great plazas/restaurants/shops nearby and there’s 24/7 security and a key fob is required to enter the doors. I felt so safe the entire stay and the apartment was evidently very tidy. Her cleaning team does not come to play about cleanliness— which is a huge requirement for me. Not only was the apartment so luxurious, clean, and chic— but we were accommodated by the best host (Chinar) as well as her team. Everything she does is so beautifully structured and organized. Her and her team are in constant communication with you throughout the whole process starting from check-in to check-out. Funny enough… I want to ask Chinar if she even sleeps because she’s quite literally available at all hours of the day— no matter how late or early, it seems she’s always so quick to respond to you if you needed anything. If that doesn’t elevate your experience and comfort.. then I don’t know what would! Huge thank you to Chinar and her team for hosting the best experience I’ve had booking a stay. Definitely comparable to AIRBNB bookings. Will be booking with Chinar moving forward over and over again every chance I get when I come to LA!

There was not one thing I did not like about this property.

Chinar was a fantastic host, from start to finish. Everything was transparent, it was easy to communicate and get questions answered pre-arrival, and when we had a problem with parking, she solved it in a few minutes. The property is relatively new and was secure, clean, and quiet, and quiet is hard to find in the middle of LA! The full amenities in the property were also super convenient: a full-size fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and a compact washer/dryer with pods provided! I would love to stay here again. It was a perfect spot for my family and made our trip a pleasure.
