We were greeted upon arrival by a very pleasant staff person. The room was spotless and had several amenities. The breakfast bag was amazing! So many wonderful items! Enough to provide both breakfast and snacks til lunch! The coffee bar had several nice extras as well. We were also grateful to see the "Human Trafficking" alert poster framed in the front office! It was nice to see a hotel raise awareness of this issue!

The charging ports in the lamps did not work, but we had our little charging cubes to plug in, so it was fine. The floor had been vacuumed in our room, but it could have used a mopping. Our socks and bare feet were a bit dirty after walking around on it. The hotel is situated behind a gas station and main road, so it was not the quietest location, but it definitely wasn't bad enough to be a deal breaker.

Conveniently placed next to a gas station, free ice, and the woman who checked us in on Thursday around 3:30 was very kind and courteous

The room could've used a bit more attention to detail, there was an empty roll of toilet paper and recyclable trash in the small recycling bin under the sink from the last guest but these were only minor inconveniences . But I do reccomend cleaning the gunk off the inside of the drain in the bathtub as there was scum in there but not too bad .

I didn't stay here but I booked a room for my mother and brother. The trip turned out to be meh for them but they told me that the bright spot of this excursion was the hotel. The room was clean, the lack of rugs helped with my brother's allergies, and the breakfast was the perfect size. They really did recommend this lovely place.

So my partner and I made a last minute decision and booked a night at this property. I have always driven by this property and was pleasantly surprised to see that the property was actually quite nice. The front desk receptionist was really nice and helpful! When arriving to our room we were happy to see that it was clean and spacious! The bed was surprisingly comfortable as well! My partner and I have stayed in pricier properties with beds that weren’t comfortable whatsoever so staying here for a pretty cheap price and having a good bed was awesome. There really wasn’t anything to complain about at the property and we would definitely stay here again!

Overall we had a good experience at this property!

The property is very well maintained and the rooms are quiet, comfortable and very clean. The staff is so helpful and friendly. When we first got to our room one of the housekeepers knocked on our door and ask if there was anything we needed for the room. I would defiantly stay there again and recommend the property to others.

Sarah the owner was friendly and accommodating with lots of information. Their grab n go breakfast was well provisioned and could be supplemented with hot oatmeal or a breakfast sandwich which you had to nuke in the room. Overall, much more than expected.

While clean and maintained well enough the property is in need of a freshening up of the exterior

Great location between Salinas and Monterey.

They didn’t clean the room for the 3 days that we were there. Had to go to the office twice to get towels and on the second day the lady at the office told me that the room was scheduled to be cleaned that day and it wasn’t cleaned when we got back that night.

the note about breakfast was miss leading, they don’t have breakfast, they have coffee and a breakfast item, which is a packet of oatmeal. Booking sites should be more clear about those things. We were late for our meeting because had to stop for breakfast at the restaurant instead of having a quick “breakfast” at the hotel.

We were really well welcomed. The room was tidy and clean. pretty big too - bigger than expected. The beds were one of the best we ever slept in! They really try to make it the best for their visitors. even though they’re basically a motel, they still prepare breakfast every morning. also including a veggie solution.

Really the only issue I came across at this property was that they placed us in a Queen double bed room when I had booked a single King room but I understand that we arrived at quite a late time and it was also Valentine’s Day so all the single Kings sold out before we arrived at the location
