Mother Lode Lodge

Staff courteous and friendly. Place was clean and comfortable. Totally in the center of downtown. We are so ready to comeback. I 100% recommend this place if you are looking for relax and a place to rest and enjoy the surroundings. We were there for one of my son's wedding at Yosemite National Park and we needed a place for the 5 members of our family. Mother lode lodge had the perfect place with an apartment with 3 rooms, kitchen, dining and living room and and extra TV room. We loved it.

We didn't like to leave, we really wanted to stay longer.

Honestly better than the pictures show. We arrived late but they made sure we can check in. Room was warm and cosy as we arrived. Room was very nice quality, clean, tv had lots of channels, bed comfy. Parking was easy in room-assigned spot. I would recommend Mariposa over Oakhurst anytime.

It was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Our parking space was right outside our door. Self-service was easy and efficient. We were close to Yosemite NP, our destination.

Outdoor bugs found their way in—Spiders and a wasp. TV was quite small. Their self-service was VERY efficient but not very personal.

The location was great, the neighbourhood is very friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable. The check in and check out was super easy.

The floor was a little dirty but after realising how dirty it was, we just kept our sandals/flip flops on and it was fine. The air con is also a little noisy but we've had the same unit in another stay so I just bring ear plugs with me since then.

The motel is old and small but the rooms are well maintained. For the money you couldn't find a better location if you are visiting Yosemite. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. If you are visiting Yosemite and you are on a budget, this is the motel I would recommend.

The bathroom was small but functional.

Central location with range of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Efficient, if noisy, air conditioning. Comfortable beds . Efficient self check-in.

We changed our check in method on short notice but everything went very well. The room was clean and cosy with everything we could possibly need for our stay! The drive to Yosemite takes around 1 hour but has lots of scenery to offer.

It was so clean and cute! The place was located in such a nice little town, the only place I've stayed in that doesn't smell like cigarette smoke, even if claiming no smoking. I was very pleased with this property.

If I had to choose what I didn't like, The heater was loud, but so is every heater in hotels. The walls are a bit thin, but the people were not loud people.

Great location for visiting Yosemite and Mariposa is a lovely town. They are currently renovating and we stayed in one of the newly finished rooms. It was clean, bright and modern. Staff we spoke to were friendly and very helpful. A great little place and a fair price in an expensive area.

Nothing

The place us a bit run down and could use a lick of paint, especially the pool. But everything you need is here, is clean and works. Good bakery is just around the corner. Location is just fantastic.
