Breakfast options was great, staff was friendly and attentive to my needs, a lot of restaurants in the area along with grocery and the big bonus was the outdoor hot tub.

The all around atmosphere was great I really enjoyed the clean lobby as well as the clean & updated rooms (especially the restroom) Also the fitness room was very clean

The price for the continental breakfast was over priced, if it had eggs maybe it could be justified & the cook to order breakfast was just one item...other Hiltons had all you can eat (EVERYTHING) at same price as the cook to order breakfast

Breakfast was delicious. The supper menu was small but the meals were very good. The store was well stocked with fresh fruit, salads and many microwaveable meals. The laundry facilities were clean, secure and well priced.

I loved that during this heat wave my husband son and I were able to escape our hot apartment closely located and enjoy the hotels amenities. The hotel was crisp and clean and our room as well. The beds were so comfy I had a hard time leaving in the morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The only downfall was the pool because it was so hot the pool was as well would have been nice of a tarp or umbrellas were placed to have some shade but all in all it was still nice to jump in the pool my toddler really enjoyed it!!

Place looks nice my room did need some a little work mirror in room had a couple of screws sticking out bathroom was great but lights switch where loose missing bolts lights keep shutting off every 3 minutes or less when on the toilet or taking a shower the carpet had clorox stains and the bed frame around the bed not to sure but look like bodily fluids on it I just thinks room need to be better service

Could not fine parking had to park almost a block or two away because some party event a building over it took the hotel parking

Great staff, large room, comfortable bed. Hotel is a nice distance between Disneyland and Universal Studios where we planned to visit, but away from the high costs and crowds surround the theme parks.

The hotel is right near an event venue and when we arrived there was a big concert going on and a lot of the parking near the hotel was taken up, so we had to park around the back of the hotel. Since there is no valet parking, that meant carrying our luggage around to the hotel entrance.

Room was very clean with confortable bed

We booked the room with breakfast, than being informed during check in that we can have either continental breakfast or one choice from the menu, so we had only omelette even the bread was not offered and we had to ask for orange juice, coffee was available..the lady serving the breakfast was not accommodating nor helpful

The room was very clean. The stuff were very friendly and helpful. We had an emergency so we had to cancel the second night at the last minute. And it was approved! If we will go to LA again, I definitely will pick this hotel again!

I liked everything abt this hotel they took care of us our whole trip it was our first time traveling to LA and I won't disappointed..... With saying that I'm going to also say we will be taking another one real soon.....

I was very satisfied with my whole stay

The overall location and area was good. Of the main road no crazy traffic.

At night it gets loud there is a convention center and all the people stay at the hotel and they stomp in all loud yelling and talking from midnight until 2-3am. They need to have security around to have them keep the noise level down.
