Great location and quick access to highway. 20 minutes from Griffith, Pasadena, Downtown LA, Beverly Hills. It couldn't have been better. Hotel was clean. There was always parking, breakfast was good, staff friendly. Rooms well equipped. Pool, gym outdoor area with bbq. Everything was great. Loads of restaurants, supermarket on same street.

Since covid they have reduced the breakfast system. It worked well, the food was great and my kids loved it. Just would be better the old way and hope that starts again soon. I did feel like we were killing the planet with the plastic waste produced in this way.

Everything clean, the room has everything you need, you can feel yourself like you are at home, the breakfast is fantastic, you have plenty options available.

The only thing I didn’t like was I didn’t have information about the Breakfast time during week days and I went to take the breakfast after 9:00AM on Monday and I couldn’t because they said it was closed already, they told me when I got there the breakfast was till 10:00AM but they didn’t specify that was only on weekends so we missed the breakfast and we had to spend money.. but overall everything is good

Well-sized room with a large comfortable king-size bed, but, unfortunately, only an extra bed couch, which was not that comfortable. Try to get two queen-size beds if you are traveling as family. The room and bathroom were quite modern, there was even a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a large fridge in the room (plus microwave oven). The hotel has a nice gym, outdoor fireplace, pool, etc. Free parking on the premises and even underground. The hotel is located in some sort of park (golf course) and also has several charging stations for EVs, which is great.

You cannot open the windows in the rooms. Breakfast was included but the choices of the buffet could have been better. In another room on our floor, some idiots left their dog alone in the room, so the dog was barking for five hours nonstop. We went 2-3 times to the reception to complain and to do something about it, also because it was around 11pm and we wanted to sleep. The staff at the reception did not give me the impression as if they were extremely ambitious to solve this situation.

Breakfast was hot, and a variety of choices; not to mention Starbuck Coffee is available 24/7. Overall I give ten happy faces out of ten for great customer service, breakfast, and cleanliness. The entire staff deserves a shoutout for their professionalism. and courtesy. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and plan to reserve the Hilton every time we visit Los Angeles.

Although the golf course is under major renovation which we were giver notice too, the hotel, country club, and was worth our stay. The City of Montebello is located where to can visit any tourist attraction or beaches in Southern California.

I did like the location. It was tucked away from crowded area. The hotel was easy on the eyes. Our suite was really Roomy. The young man that we checked in with was welcoming.

The stay was nice. We will stay again. The one thing I will say is the mattress was a bit uncomfortable. Been selling mattresses for almost 10 years and firm mattresses do not last longer so making your guest sleep on them to make them last is torture. I couldn’t sleep on my back or side. Had to sleep on top of my husband to get cushion which interrupted his sleep. And if checkout is at noon, housekeeping should wait til then instead of standing outside the door, which caused to rush. Nice place though

Hotel was updated, clean and well cared for. Our room was comfortable and we loved the kitchenette.

I did not like that there was an option to upgrade your room to have a view of the golf course / lake when the grounds were under construction. I paid an additional fee to have a view only to find out that a new golf course was under development. Although I was extremely happy that the hotel allowed pets, I was not a fan of the additional pet charge. The hotel charges a $200 deposit for incidentals of which is returned once a walk thru of the room is completed. The refundable deposit should include any and all incidentals including pets rather than charging an additional non-refundable charge for pet incidentals.

the amenities and free parking were great. The location was great for what we were doing and it allowed us to get around LA really well.

The breakfast was substandard and tasted very fake, particularly the sandwiches. we also found that it was overly packed and understaffed after 8am which meant long lines. We had communications with two people in two different occasions regarding changing our booking and on arrival there was no record. We have confirmation over the phone with a staff member, and rung back again to confirm. The person at check in was rude and didn’t try to make the situation better, instead insisting that we were lying. To top it off they decided to make a slight change only because they didn’t want a bad review, not because they were trying to be accommodating. Was disappointing.

I loved the size of the room, loved the kitchenette. coffee maker. breakfast provided. Comfortable beds. Loved the size of the pillows.

there wasn’t enough toilet paper. the rolls were almost empty when we arrived. we would have liked more pillows for the extra pullout couch. more options for the coffee inside the room. softer lighting would have been better.
