beautiful lush green grounds, lovely landscaping, ponds, pool

the staff was so unprofessional. they were not dressed professional, not friendly or customer service oriented. I waited an hour and a half for a king bed I never got. waiting in the lobby and they never checked up on me or gave me water they originally offered. they got rooms mixed up, other guests said there were people already in their room, key wasn’t working, etc. it seems like there was no management to oversee things. very disappointing because the room was nice and comfortable even if it wasn’t the room I originally booked and paid for.

The room was very comfortable. The bedding was attractive and the mattress was great. The pillows were too soft, for my preference, but there were two so I could double up. The bathroom was clean. The mirror was cracked but didn't impact using the mirror. Very friendly staff!!!

The exterior of the Four Points has gone down hill over the years. We have stayed there many times. The interior grounds are lovely, but the exterior of the buildings is in need of repair. The wooden railings look terrible. The metal railing by the exterior steps at Building 6 wasn't secure; someone who actually needed to hold on could fall.

My room was nice and the view on the patio was fabulous. I did ask for no patio, however, I did get just that but glad, cuz enjoyed my morning coffee with the beautiful view on the patio. I was traveling alone and also got an adjoining room. So now had to worry about two extra doors. 🙄

Called for a toothbrush and toothpaste but never received so went to the front desk to pick it up. The front desk apologizes for the non-delivery but just glad they did have it.

At check-in, I asked to be given a room with pool/garden view. The person at the desk (Bethany, I believe) was terrific, giving me a room with a large, wrap-around deck that got nice afternoon sun and a beautiful old tree for ambiance...at no extra charge. The room itself was large and more than comfortable for a single occupant.

Not having a restaurant/bar on premises was a real drag, the one time we used delivery, the food (pizza from Amici's) was only so-so and had to be microwaved because it arrived barely lukewarm. The shower faucet was also very stiff and difficult to twist for control of the hot/cold temperature mix. However, we soldiered on with wine from Safeway, enjoyed on the deck in sunshine!! Better than a bar, I suppose ;)

Love the staff. Very very friendly and helpful. We had baseball tournament with at least 50 kids. Hotel staff so kind to our kids. Love the pool. We had a huge pool party. Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel and staff. Lovely rooms clean and comfy.

Nothing. Hot tub was not open that’s it

Rooms were very clean and nice. Lots of trees and plants. Fountains and waterfalls were a very nice touch. Pool was big and the area was clean and lots of room

Hot tub was out of order. Poolside furniture was old and lots of broken chairs. Dangerous to sit in the chairs due to sun worn.

Good property and location, with a quiet room and services nearby. Close to freeway access, and lots of parking slots. Staff very courteous and helpful. Great checkout time of 12 Noon.

The bed could use one more blanket, as this is still springtime. Also the hotel is overpriced in my opinion.

I didn't like that the first room that was given to me, the toilet was not working, and there were no maintance man, to fix it, i was assigned to another room after my bags were unpacked, i packed again

The rest: nice facilities for the price, clean, very nice backyard, green with water cascade and small lakes. Beautiful back yard!

We wanted to be on the second floor to give us the chance to sleep on am open door. The rep told us that the whole hotel is booked. However at 11 pm there were merely 10 cars on the parking lot. In the morning we had a long coffee in the back yard and there was only 1 person on the second floor and altogether. When we were checking out only 2 people checked out. The hotel was empty practically, however we were forced to sleep on a closed door and kind of stuffy. Otherwise the hotel is good for the price and good value.
