Larkspur Landing Pleasanton-An All-Suite Hotel

Always a good bang for my buck. Great price for solid room in a good location next to a few places to eat. Staff is one of the highlights, everyone has always been friendly and helpful. I really appreciate Kevin at the front desk this weekend. I man sitting outside his car in the parking lot was blasting Spanish music at 3am and woke me up. I called the desk and Kevin went to ask them to turn it down which they did and I was able to get some back to sleep. thanks so much Kevin for taking guests sleep seriously

The front desk staff was sweat hearts the two ladies that worked the front desk the weekend of 8/25,26,27 was the best whatever I needed they provided with a smile, IE: at breakfast juice ran out asked for some before I can turn around the concierge was there with 3 different kinds. The continental breakfast was the bomb very delicious. Had all that was needed to get my day started for my show. The room was a dream like home away from home. All the things needed to relax while away from home. The suite had it all full fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker and even a dishwasher. Very nice

When I arrived to the room the bed was small and it was considered a queen size bed, being that I'm at plus size woman and had my husband with me it was too small so I had to up grade to a king size bed which was more comfortable all though it cost 45 bucks extra it was taken out the incidental the ladies there made the transition real smooth.

The staff and the guest room accommodations were the best part about this place. Loved how the room had a kitchenette, free WiFI, and a DVD player in it. The staff was also super friendly, polite, welcoming, and helpful. They were able to answer all my questions and their hospitality was exceptional! The free breakfast every morning is always a plus also! Loved the pancakes!

That there was no outdoor or indoor swimming pool or hot tub. Every time I travel I always look for a place that has those 2 things.

I like the quietness was pretty clean I stayed there from Thanksgiving day 2 night but since I was so comfortable i paid 1 more day on saturday and checked out on sun but still stayed there in my boyfriends room intil this Monday since he's staying there working for ICON construction..very Happy stay at pleasanton landing..Thanks

Just that no one came to do room service..but it's ok I took extra trash bags and I did borrow a vacuum from the cleaning lady she was nice..but y really enjoyed staying there

The included breakfast had hot food such as eggs, bacon, and pancakes. We liked that the kitchen had a large dining table, full sized refrigerator, microwave, and a stove range. The kitchen cabinets had dishes/cups, some pots and pans, and a toaster.

Maybe have more towels (there were 4 of us but only 3 sets of towels). Although, when we asked for more towels, the staff gladly gave us some more.

We love the larkspur landing chain of hotels but we enjoyed this one the most. The staff we have known Miss Amanda for many years as well as George. We always feel at home here.

I liked how big the room was and the shower. The breakfast was good. Just need more variety and a better system of serving. Maybe have someone serve the food instead if having us get it.

The bed seemed small and there was a slight leak in the dishwasher that we didn't even use. But the room smelled good and it was clean.

very friendly staff to start our stay, rooms are always clean and looks like they’re putting effort into small upgrades in the room. only suggestion is maybe upgrading breakfast a bit but honestly not bad. also walking distance to groceries and few restaurants which is a plus.

breakfast isn’t bad but could use a little sprucing up but it’s nothing that’ll keep us from staying in the future

the quickness of the staff response to a scary situation my children and I had at the hotel.

4 strange boys knocked on our door, scare me, when I called the front desk she came quickly to support me. they were not residents of the hotel and they had caused some damage. we were safe and did not open the door to these strangers.

We really liked the kitchen. It was nice not to have to squeeze our food into a little mini-fridge. And having a sink for clean-up was great, too. Free Wi-fi worked well; desk setup was nice.

Having the smoke detector right outside the bathroom (which had no exhaust fan) was awkward. Opening the bathroom door to let the steam out after showering, caused alarm to trigger. Bed could have been more comfortable. (Wish hotels weren't shrinking queen sized beds - 58" instead of 60". Those few extra inches make a difference.)
