Hotel was comfortable and clean. Loved the restaurant and bar.

I left a book behind. They refused to return it without a prepaid mailing label making it difficult for me and causing delays in getting it back. I offered to give them my credit card number to pay for the package but they wouldn't take it. Also communications with the Head Housekeeper did not go well. She didn't return my messages on a timely basis or at all. I had to get the manager and front desk involved even though the Head Housekeeper was in charge of returning items to guests. I felt like the whole process was not very guest-friendly. Not sure if I will return.

Came here for the 2023 NHRA Pamona Winter Nationals. This place is exactly what you would expect from a Hilton Gardens property. Super clean, extremely nice staff, and close to many nice restaurants and bars. It had a nice gym, pool, and hot tub. It's not cheap, but for a once-a-year treat, it was definitely worth it. I'll be back for next year's Winter Nationals.

Location is very good, we stayed here for business purpose - had reptile expo at fairplex. Sheraton was all booked out so we stayed here but we really loved our stay. Staffs were very kind, room was very clean. Only one thing was there was no sugar in coffee area in the room. Bed was clean, warm comforter and soft. We would love to stay here again.

Everything was wonderful. I want to mention while all the staff was helpful, the young man working the front desk around 03:30 in the morning on Friday July 28th was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

A very nice place to stay for a night or two. It was close to our relatives' home and was centrally located with lots of eateries near by. The hot tub was clean and very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. If the opportunity presents itself, I'll be back.

The property was clean and the staff were friendly. Rooms are nice and spacious. The location is great and very close to a lot of shopping and eateries. I like the blackout curtains in the room!

The “continental breakfast” was not free!

amentities were nice. staff was nice and worked hard, but the scheduling of maid service makes it feel like weird and we didn't have replaced coffee or new towels.

I enjoyed the area. Restaurants are within walking distance and it was clean, luxurious and comfortable.
