We had concert tickets for the Pomona Fair and didn't want to have to drive two hours home late at night, so we stayed at the Sheraton Faiplex Hotel. It's location to the fair was so convenient. We would definitely plan this kind of Fair trip again!

Our reservation did not include breakfast but we still decided to eat at the hotel restaurant in the morning. We saw lots of people getting a quick buffet style breakfast, however we ordered and our food took more than an hour! It was a ridiculous time to wait!

Loved the suite layout offering comfort & privacy for all, with 2 TVs for lounge area & bedroom. The beds were very comfortable.

No free parking or free internet. Also, the on-site restaurant could have had more veggie/vegan options -- given the farm-to-table and on-site organic farm, I was a little disappointed by how few options were available (glad there was a beyond burger & salad, but options would be nice).

My second time at this hotel. Both times I was there with my children for college visits to the colleges in town and both times I loved the rooms which are really lovely and the location to the Fairplex. After the college visits, we saw there was a Reptile fair at the Fairplex so we were able to walk to the fair and enjoy a few snakes and lizards at the reptile fair

Grounds and location were attractive. Room was very generously sized. Gym was adequate.

It was a bit run-down in some aspects - there was a bit of wear and tear - fixtures in rooms were a bit old, was surprised that there were no direct plug-ins for usb chargers for example.

Beds are very comfortable and there are different types of pillows to suit everyone. We were given a large room with a separate living room which was handy.

It’s a huge hotel and conference center which makes it feel rather impersonal. The breakfast food could use an upgrade. The coffee (Starbucks) was excellent, however.

We booked this hotel because it was fairly nearby to Pomona College, where we were attending Family Weekend. We were very happy with our choice. Our room was a large suite with a king-size bed and a pull-out couch. Both were very comfortable. The restaurant was lovely with delicious choices for breakfast and lunch. We didn't use the pool, but it looked very clean. Our room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We would recommend this hotel to friends and will definitely stay there again.

This is not a walkable neighborhood. You must have a car or use a taxi or uber service to get around. We expected this, and were fine with it since we had rented a car.

had to pay extra for parking, and the organic breakfast we looked forward to turned out to be an overpriced buffet. $28 per person for scrambled eggs and stale pastries. we couldn’t just get a plate of eggs or oatmeal, had to pay the full price.

GREAT ROOM -- MUCH BIGGER AND NICER THAN WE EXPECTED.

FIRE ALARM AT 5 AM THAT MEANT WE HAD TO EVACUATE AND THEN FIND OUT IT WAS A FALSE ALARM. IT HAPPENS! THEN THEY PAID FOR OUR VALET PARKING, SO THAT WAS A TRUE BONUS AND A NICE WAY TO SAY, "SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE".

we loved it there! it had a peaceful serene, feeling to it! the staff were all very friendly and helpful! Had everything we needed! will stay again!

The room was more then I expected . The room offered a home away from home and the bathroom was a wonderful size. The kitchenette exactly what you needed. Room was very quiet. and I loved that you could close off the bedroom from the sitting room. Your staff was wonderful

I wish I had more time to stay longer. I have nothing negative to say.
