The property is very aesthetically pleasing and artsy. it’s definitely a vibe.

upon check in the first room we were assigned to was dirty like it haven’t been cleaned. the sink and toilet. it was actually disappointing and gross. but we got moved. the 2nd room we stayed in was clean but the bathroom had a horrible smell and it gave me a headache. I don’t know what it was maybe a pipe or drain something like that.

This hotel was great, very modern, and updated. The room setup does give you that luxury/ modern feel, which I enjoyed. I enjoyed the fact that they allowed you to log into your Netflix/tv app. The room was clean. The internet worked great. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was nice. I would stay again.

The air conditioner was automatically setup, with that said it would turn off at a certain degree of the room. The staff was nice, however there were hardly anyone at the front desk to assist you right away.

I live downtown la and work in Ontario. I’ve stayed here a few times when I’m too tired to drive, and I love how clean the rooms are all the time . The staff is always super friendly and accommodating especially des. previously when I stayed here it’s been a woman at nights who was so sweet. i met des a few times and found out he was new but he is such a pleasant sweet soul. I wasn’t sure if he was allowed tips but I definitely wanted to tip him. He always go above and beyond to make my stay feel super welcoming . Tonight I checked in and booked thru a 3rd party app booking.com for a day and last minute decided to extend an extra day. I realized my AAA membership wasn’t added and I tried to get Des to adjust it. He told me he wasn’t allowed but he switched my room from the bottom floor to a higher floor with a great view instead .

I love everything about it I was just a little sad I couldn’t use my discount to get it a little cheaper. I work nearby so paying almost $200 per night is a little pricey for a few hours during week days but it’s worth it

My boyfriend and I loved the Interior design of the hotel lobby and the room as well as the ambience in the lobby . We had a few drinks at the WYZ bar and the bartender was extremely friendly and attentive and made some delicious creative drinks for us . We also loved the activities that are available outside by the pool such as jumbo jenga. And to top everything off when we realized we would be ready to check out at the scheduled time and we asked for a late checkout they were very understanding and gave us an additional two hours

I enjoyed the property

it wasn’t really anything that I didn’t enjoy about this day. I just hate it. I was inconvenienced. I got a text messaged that I could get early check-in which I requested and I had to literally wait six hours to check in in my rental car.

Everything! The location was great. It was clean. The lobby smelled so good when we walked in. Games in the lobby to play while waiting. Staff was welcoming and great sense of humor. Room was clean, king suite was amazing

The facility was clean. We really enjoyed all the activities available like pool,corn hole, shuffle board.

The bar closed a little early on a Saturday . Would have like to have drinks there.

I love the lobby set up. You can hang out by the fireplace with a drink and play Jenga or play pool.

Staff is frequently away from the desk and in the back and there is no bell or anything to call their attention.

The staff was pretty friendly and wished me a happy birthday. The toilet didn't work in my room and they came right up and fixed it. The service person told me what he was doing every step of the way. The bed was very comfortable.

The hotel had some wear and tear but it was pretty good. There wasn't a closet. The room seemed clean but the shower/bathroom area could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

Staff was rude at front desk , Friday the 19th of August was the day I checked in around 5pm. There was a young girl with glasses . That was just rude & had a rude face ever since I approached her .
