Fairfield Inn & Suites Ontario Rancho Cucamonga

I wish I got his name, but the gentleman who checked us in was the absolute best! We told him we were in town for a funeral, and he was so sweet to us. Joked with our son and was the smiling face that we needed for this trip. We appreciated him so much. All of the staff was wonderful, we didn't even ask and housekeeping gave us extra towels when we ran into her, when she saw we were a family checking in for a couple of days.

Our only thing that we didn't really care for was the breakfast. It was bland, and just ok. Nothing to write home about, we would still stay here again. Not that big of a deal.

The location was great. It was minutes away from Ontario Mills. The staff was friendly.

We didn’t like the breakfast. There were a lot of good reviews on the breakfast so I was expecting something much better. The waffles didn’t taste good. The only other options were really oatmeal/cereal… It would have been nice to have the crib set up in the room that was requested prior. I had to call at 11pm at night when we got back to the hotel asking for it and we had to figure out how to set it up which was really annoying, i was exhausted. I did appreciate the lady at the front desk carrying it up to us, she was very pleasant and had asked if I needed help with it and I declined thinking I could do it , so I can’t blame anyone because she asked.

Location was good close to food , shopping and close enough to other hotels and family, suite was nice and i liked the shower and i liked having a nightstand on both sides of bed somehow someplaces feel only one side or in between beds is enough it is not.

The one and only thing that would have made my nights would have been better pillows i loved the quantity was not happy with the quality please please change them we all know it can be done

property was clean and modern with a small convenience store in the lobby. lots of seating space. comfortable beds and rooms with big clean bathroom.

the doors were heavy and the latch locked on its own while we were outside our room. the walls are also kind of thin.

I stay at Fairfield quite often...one of my most favorite Hotels in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. I was able to plug up my electric car, the morning breakfast is included with your stay... and is excellent and I was able to get a very early morning check in around 5:30 am. After driving 12 hours straight from Pocatello, Idaho to Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The whole Staff are very personable and the Hotel’s whole environment is extremely clean and pleasant inside and outside...even throughout the parking lot.

There is nothing to dislike about this Hotel property.

very new and clean. staff were all very nice and very helpful.

the breakfast was pretty terrible. all pre wrapped breakfast sandwiches, packaged hard boiled eggs, etc - no freshly cooked hot food as expected. I also hate all the plastic waste this system creates.

This was a quick overnight stay. We arrived late, but check-in was easy and the front desk staff was friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The location was great for easy on/off access to the freeway. This property seemed to be quite new. We would stay here again.

Everything met our expectations.

Very clean, love that only guest can get in with key card, staff was wonderful and made sure politely that everyone wore masks. Rooms were beautiful and spacious. Bathrooms beautifully decorated. Ceilings were vaulted. Even were provided with a breakfast to go bag with a hot breakfast sandwich, bottled water, orange juice and fruit.

Would love a comfy chair and footstool. Dressers were too low to use.

Clean, comfortable and updated. The beds were comfortable, and the staff was awesome. Small breakfast in the morning. Get there early- things ran out by the time we made it - 20 minutes before breakfast was over.
