Garden Inn San Gabriel

This was a great stay - it was better than expected. It was clear they cared about the facilities and guests - our bathroom shower and the flooring in the room were newly renovated and beautiful, the hot water was excellent, lots of space for luggage, easy parking, lovely location (especially for LA) and lots of shops, places to eat and close to tourist spots (Huntington Library was amazing and just around the corner). No traffic noise or issues despite being on a main strip. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Unfortunately the bed was a little harder than expected and very, very squeaky. We are Australian and are used to waking up to loud birds in the morning but the parrots outside were extremely loud - not something the hotel can control unfortunately.

Great price for a motel that has been remodeled and updated with modern decor. We could smell how clean our room was and enjoyed the spacious living area.

Unfortunately we had some issues with the remote for the t.v. First one would not work so they gave us another one but that one wouldn't work either. I was so excited when I noticed the toilet had a bidet however, I couldn't get the darn thing to turn on. We called the office but they didn't seem to know either. All in all that wasn't a big deal and we will be coming bavk.

Very clean and comfortable room. The staff always friendly. Very close to restaurants and shopping centers. Overall I was very satisfied with my stay here.

Very difficult to find something I didn't like. Except they did advertise free breakfast starting at 7am. But only experienced breakfast once. Twice I went for breakfast at about 7:15 only to have coffee as the only item. The other 2 days I just had food delivered. (grubhub).

I wish the daytime manager was nicer to me. I have stayed there quite a bit so he has had plenty of time to see that im💯 lol

I liked how the area around the hotel is clam and quiet . The rooms are spacious and they have a Lotus installed in the restroom and omg it's the best ! Staff was friendly checking in was super fast overall a great experience

Only a minor little stain on one of the bed sheets but overall the rooms were clean

The price was right for the large room and great accommodations. The parking was excellent and very close to the room as well. The jacuzzi was especially nice.

There was nothing that went wrong. It was a very nice stay for the cost of the room.

poor TV station selection & user experience with TV was poor - the noisy flocks of BIRDS !

Room is very spacious. Bed and pillows were comfy. It is a very quiet location. I would definitely stay again. Restaurant are walking distance.

TV channels are very limited. Wifi was not that great. All in all, not much to say was bad.
