Good size for the price. Suite was at the end of the hall, so it was more private. Elevator is a plus. Front desk people were professional. Good security, as you have to go in the front to access rooms from inside. 24-hour front desk. Lots of freeway access.

Limited parking near entrance. A lot of the parking is quite a ways from where you have to go to get in. Limited room service 2x per week, so you have to ask for fresh supplies. Location is kind of surrounded by freeways. You have to take freeways to get just about anywhere else from the hotel.

It was great! I'm in town to pull up my straps to begin the next faze of my life and take an unfamiliar road at this unfamiliar crossroad. The staff really made me feel at home and rallied me through this depression that I was able to identify. Devine intervention they were a part of and didn't know it until now. Thank You, Lord, for paving the way through extended stay and there very friendly staff.

TV was a little small

The lay out of the room and how there were 2 TV. Plus there was a laundry room for the guest's.

That the room wasn't as clean as it should been. And why I say this,is cause I used to work doing housekeeping. So let me point out a few things. Garbage cans were dirty / under the beds were very dusty and found a wrapper/frig needed cleaned better..

The staff were very nice and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Really liked how close to gas, food, and other needs/wants the hotel was.

There wasn’t a lot or any food to grab and go with in the mornings. We wish there could have been a little bit more.

Loved how close this place is to hiking

Shower made tons of noise and had to rig tne faucet to stay on shower mode. Staff knocking and calling for us to leave 10 mins before chevk out while i was rushing with two kids as a single mom... i know what time check is.

The room was clean. The water was warm and the AC worked well. They lend us some silverware when we requested.

The beds were so uncomfortable. Not enough pillows. The TV was positioned in a way that hurt my neck.

Comfortable room. Could easily call it home for an extended period if I was staying there.

Stove was partially broken and was never fixed even though the repair guy came by and said he would replace it. There was at least one cockroach. No plug in the bath.

The room was very comfortable and roomy.

I wouldn’t advertise as serving breakfast when it’s just granola bars and coffee. I asked for kitchenware to be brought up and it never was. There’s no ice machine. We found eyelashes on the floor and makeup smeared on the bathroom wall.

good location, very comfortable bed, room was clean, furniture was in good condition

the lobby wasn’t very clean, the door at the rear of the building was not right and the floor there was dirty, there was plenty of parking but there’s a dirt/flower area between the aisles and nowhere to get through with your luggage

Room was clean and kitchen. Quiet.

I came to understand this hotel was housing homeless people. Not certain I would book again if my wife was left alone there for her safety.
