Everything was great! Staff had a new hire and didn't know a few things and that's quite alright since it was his 3rd day there.

Only complain was that the bed spread and the sheet underneath looked like dried blood or rather something that was particularly really close to it. I told the front desk and made him aware. If it was dried blood I could tell that at least the effort was tried to clean it up but didn't think they would put it back on the bed itself. Didn't really bother me just slept with the spread off and on the other side of the bed. Wasn't going to make a big deal about it since I've been here a few times already and first time experience this issue. I would still get another room when needed.

The staff was great especially Anna, the housekeeping ladies aswell , location was okay revving it so loud mind you I was on the 3rd floor Other than that it was a decent stay , the staff made up for all that with their way of service. I would stay again definitely

The rooms need maintenance, there was the hanging by a thread by the sink and the wall paper next to the fridge was ripped off and it looked like it had black mold. location was okay , only thing was everyday around 2am -3 am someone with a motorcycle come and be revving it so loud mind you I was on the 3rd floor

Handicap shower chair and sundries.

The shower handle was falling apart. The wallpaper was pealing up, not just a little but alot. The lights on both sides of the bed did not have shades. The light switches for the bathroom were strange, they were behind the door on the outside wall of the bathroom. I don’t know why they didn't put the door opening on the other side. That way you can see the lights before you go in. The coffee pot was not plugged in and we could not reach the wall socket to plug it in so we put in the bathroom. We called about the shower faucet handle coming off. A maintenance man entered our room while we were still occupying the room. Very Strange Place

Easy check in and first floor room which make it easy to bring in luggage. I found the microwave and fridge to be a great bonus! The staff was friendly and polite... We overslept because the beds were so comfortable and the cleaning staff didn't rush us out. Very nice expect and I would come again.

So... We choose a South San Jose location to avoid the crime of downtown San Jose. We were surprised to see many that appeared homeless to be booking through the parking lot. That felt a little unsafe

good customer service

on my last stay the guest on the next room was sooo loud. i think it was a family dealing with some issues but they were talking on the phone super loud: i even went and asked them to low their voices but the longer they were there the louder the mom talked. i stayed at hotels when i have to work long shifts so i can rest and that night i couldn’t rest at all… they kept telling the mom to low her voice but she never did 😡😡😡

I always stay here when in the area. Clean, good location, nice comfy beds. Includes refrigerator and microwave, everything I need. Also, staff is always accommodating if I request a room change.

Nothing to report. PS — wondering if they will ever reopen the restaurant or resume room service, would be nice 😊

The location at the intersection of Hwy 101, 85 and Berner Rd was ideal. The room was clean. The beds were great and the water was hot.

I could have used more than 1 face cloth. I could have used a plug for the tub so that I could take a bath as opposed to a shower. I could have used a cup o coffee in the room.

We enjoyed playing in the pool. The bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the availability of snacks in the lobby. The room was very clean. the facilities were quiet and peaceful.

The pool should have been cleaner. The floors and pavements could have been cleaner. I was disappointed that the restaurant was widely advertised, there was even a menu at the elevator, but was closed and had been closed for over 2 years.

The hotel in a good location, but if there are restaurants nearby that the customers can walk to buy food instead of taking the Uber ride. Then it will be more perfect to attract customers.

The lock of the room were always not able to open if you put the key in your wallet. I was advised not to put it in the wallet.

On my previous review I was disappointed about the pool and Juccuzi but decided to stay another night as the price is right and the location and staff are very nice. Upon my stay I noticed they took my disappointment into consideration and cleaned the pool and opened the Juccuzi, thank you..I would like to see some food trucks here as I really wanted to eat at the advertised steak house. On the brightside there are plenty of restaurants around and you can even doordash so it wasn't really a problem at all. All and all great couples get away.

Just disappointed about the steak house. Although there is a nice smoking area next to the steak house but that needs new chairs!
