location and easy handicap parking near front door!

The roll in shower was very dangerous due to the location of shower and water leaking out into the rest of the bathroom making it extremely slippery!!! This was not expected and would make us think twice about stay at this Hilton again. Shower seat was pulling off the wall another problem that should have been repaired before renting that room! We did not end up with the room shown to us and chosen on Booking.com We asked for another handicap room and was told by two different associates that it was the only handicap room available to us for our stay. Sorry to report our first time disappointment with a Hilton Hotel. We are consider shopping around for a different Hotel on our next outing! Hal Hester A Hilton Honors Member.

I often stay here in Stockton as it feels safe/secure and is always clean with good service. Plenty of parking and convenient location.

Disappointed that for nearly $300 for one night, the room didn't come with body wash or hair conditioner. Air conditioner made a loud "clunk" sound when it turned on and off during the night. Fridge was so tiny and did not stay very cold.

Upon getting to hotel was excellent except for front desk personnel. She didn't greeted us, not friendly, didn't answer my questions regarding the location of certain areas of hotel! I felt like I wasn't important enough to be there! Didn't offer to have a good stay! This person seemed to be preoccupied with something else & not her guests! Overall the room was Excellent!

The two staff members at the front desk were exceptionally helpful and nice. They noticed that I left our truck's door open in the parking lot and one of them called our room to tell us while the other stood by our truck to make sure everything in it was safe. Wow! Give these young ladies a raise. It was on Monday afternoon, June 12, 2023. Best hotel experience ever.

Diane was great, always helpful, cheerful, and really did an awesome job. Front staff always positive and solicitous.

Noisy neighbors. Doors are loud when they get closed, even louder when they slam shut. Conversations carry easily through the walls.

Huge rooms, clean a friendly staff. loved the view of the “canal” our the balcony window. Atrium was fun to walk through with a bridal shower happening and families enjoying the space. EV chargers on property a huge plus!

Construction behind the hotel made access to Tesla Supercharge station difficult.

Room we stayed in was new as it was recently renovated, location was close to University and many shops and restaurants, customer service was excellent especially Brian at the front desk

Sheri, a beautiful woman on the night shift was simply amazing.. Answered all my questions, guided me with ease, and made us feel so welcomed. I wanted to hug her.

I will be headed for the world amateur disculpe championship in Orlando Florida can you help me with the booking there? Right now I’m booked at a hotel for $82 a night can you beat that? Thank you.

Hallways and vending machine area, 3rd was a bit messy
