This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. It was clean and well-located for what we needed, making it incredibly convenient. The breakfast was a standout—rich, varied, and delicious, far beyond what I expected. Overall, it's a top-notch hotel suitable for any kind of stay, offering great comfort and quality

We were on a road trip and were very happy with the new, clean look of the hotel, large room with separate couch/tv area, friendly staff, easy parking, and nearby eating options. It was the nicest Holiday Inn Express we’ve been to. We were only there one night but saw how nice it would be if we were to be there for an extended stay. Next time we’re passing through Tracy we will definitely stay there, and will recommend to others. We loved the Afghan restaurant we went to for dinner.

Overall, everything was slightly above average for comparable hotels. The room was nice and comfortable. I certainly had no complaints. What really set this hotel apart was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel like family the moment I walked in the door. I couldn't help but walk away smiling after every exchange. I will definitely be back when I'm working in this area again.

Having a scanner in the business center would have been very helpful. Other than that, I really have nothing negative to say.

The room was a typical HIE which we like - nice size, comfortable beds, easy to regulate quiet heat. The location was convenient to the highway and one exit from lots of chain food restaurants.

We missed the entrance the first time - the sign is literally on the ground, on the same driveway as a gas station. Even with GPS it got missed. The hotel may not be in the greatest location unless you just need something right off the highway. The breakfast was just OK - the pancake machine was broken - sounds trite but..... The hotel itself looks slightly dated.

This hotel was a great spot to break up a long road trip near interstate 5. The staff was wonderful and the hotel clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. We went to a great Rivercat game in West Sacramento and then drove south for an hour to reach the hotel.

I was hoping for bacon at breakfast. That was my only disappointment.

I was on the first floor and I liked that the room was actually clean! I loved that the shower head raised and lowered, as I am a short woman. Breakfast was good, though it would have been nicer if there were other flavors of danishes besides cinnamon. The lighting options in the main room were nice! I also liked the rolling curtain, as it blocked outside light well.

The bed was a little too firm, but I still slept well. The lighting in the bathroom could be improved. There was a wall dividing the sink and the shower, and because of this, the lighting was not as good in the shower as it could have been, and may be an issue with guests who have vision impairments.

Rooms are specious very nice and clean. Breakfast is okay. Receptionist is nice and helpful. Overall we enjoyed Mohammed Iqbal New Jersey

This property was very hard to figure out how to get into the parking lot. When using GPS it kept telling you turn on a street that didn't access the hotel.

Breakfast. Staff was very nice. Clean. Room service people were very nice.

Entrance. Why doesn't the hotel have a side entrance or a sign that indicates how to get into it. It was very confusing when we arrived and didn't know how to get in. We drove around for a while.

Super clean and smelled good everywhere and every day. Towels soft and didn't smell of chemicals. Breakfast staff top notch. Lots of guests but kept food stocked and ready.

Wish rooms had recliners. Some of us older folks need to elevate legs and reduce pressure to lower back due to arthritis.
