Overall, everything was slightly above average for comparable hotels. The room was nice and comfortable. I certainly had no complaints. What really set this hotel apart was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel like family the moment I walked in the door. I couldn't help but walk away smiling after every exchange. I will definitely be back when I'm working in this area again.

Having a scanner in the business center would have been very helpful. Other than that, I really have nothing negative to say.

The room was a typical HIE which we like - nice size, comfortable beds, easy to regulate quiet heat. The location was convenient to the highway and one exit from lots of chain food restaurants.

We missed the entrance the first time - the sign is literally on the ground, on the same driveway as a gas station. Even with GPS it got missed. The hotel may not be in the greatest location unless you just need something right off the highway. The breakfast was just OK - the pancake machine was broken - sounds trite but..... The hotel itself looks slightly dated.

I was on the first floor and I liked that the room was actually clean! I loved that the shower head raised and lowered, as I am a short woman. Breakfast was good, though it would have been nicer if there were other flavors of danishes besides cinnamon. The lighting options in the main room were nice! I also liked the rolling curtain, as it blocked outside light well.

The bed was a little too firm, but I still slept well. The lighting in the bathroom could be improved. There was a wall dividing the sink and the shower, and because of this, the lighting was not as good in the shower as it could have been, and may be an issue with guests who have vision impairments.

Breakfast. Staff was very nice. Clean. Room service people were very nice.

Entrance. Why doesn't the hotel have a side entrance or a sign that indicates how to get into it. It was very confusing when we arrived and didn't know how to get in. We drove around for a while.

Super clean and smelled good everywhere and every day. Towels soft and didn't smell of chemicals. Breakfast staff top notch. Lots of guests but kept food stocked and ready.

Wish rooms had recliners. Some of us older folks need to elevate legs and reduce pressure to lower back due to arthritis.

The room was very large for a standard room, lots of space, large bathroom and separate room for shower/toilet. The breakfast was very good, with a good selection of hot items and cold. You don't need to go out for breakfast, just eat at the hotel and you will be satisfied. There are even hard boiled eggs and oatmeal for those who want a light breakfast.

floor looked dirty no soap at the sink but there was a body cream and what looked like a shower cap in a small plastic container, had to use the soap in the bathroom to wash my hands i was so tired when i got there got ready for bed and did not notice no soap in till to late or would have call the office .

Breakfast was way more than I figured it would be. I thought we would be getting muffins and cereal not all of the delicious food that was served. I almost stayed a second night just so I could have breakfast again. My date was very impressed with the property and we will be back again.

The driveway into the property was hard to find and we drove around in circles. You need to enter between the gas stations and the sign is barely visible.

The room was spotless! It was quiet and had all the necessary amenities. The bath products were good quality - better than expected. I appreciated having the fridge and microwave, and the bathtub was a bonus. We had a great short stay and would recommend!

Our coffee maker was broken :-(.
